This new generation of luxury residential apartments in Dubai will be located on the crescent of The Palm and will let interested buyers own a piece of Atlantis heritage for the first time, thanks to the Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences. Opening in late 2019, the luxurious 43-story building will further enhance the landscape of the city. Apart from this, the whole project houses more than 90 swimming pools, and a hotel component in the west wing of the property will see an addition of a further 795 guest rooms and suites.
Both the interiors and exteriors of the luxurious property have been designed by renowned designers like NYC’s Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) and Paris-based Sybille de Margerie respectively with an aim to redefine the leisure residential experience in Dubai. The residents can choose from the 82 individual layouts, each of which will provide ceiling heights of up to 3 metres, each with water views.

There will also be custom closets and fittings feature throughout the property to ensure that each apartment looks personalized as per its owner’s requirements. The kitchens will feature an amalgamation of white quartz and marble countertops, and have Gaggenau and Miele appliances with handcrafted storage units. Besides this, many residences will have their own terraced gardens and private infinity pools, so that residents can experience the resort facilities firsthand.
