Experience with MyTravelPlan is the worst till now. We always had to follow up with the agent multiple times regarding itinerary and bookings, and they never gave it on their communicated time. When we reached out to Travel triangle regarding this, one of the agent from My Travel Plan talked very r

udely to us, saying are you uneducated. At the time of booking agent told us that we have early check-in at the hotel, but when we reached the hotel we were told that there is no early check-in booked for us and we had to pay the early check-in amount. When we reached out to the agent regarding this, they told us that they will refund this amount but even after multiple follow-ups over mail they didn't even bother to reply.

When we have paid money in advance why should they not give tickets in advance.I don't understand.Every day we have to beg them to give next day's tickets.
