We had overall a mixed experience. Travel agent babu helped us throughout. Langkawi hotel bay view was fantastic but we specifically mentioned we want high floor room with double bed but both requests were not followed. Drivers were friendly but was little miscommunication was happening because we had taken local Sim at the beginning of tour still and we shared a number as well but still major conservation was expected on WhatsApp. About second hotel in kuala lampur regalia upper view resort it was pathetic, poor service, poor lift management, bathroom door was lock was broken and one of our family member was stuck inside for long time, wifi was very very poor, and worst part is breakfast same same tassles menu everyday. Only positive part was views from room and swimming pool.

Langkawi itinerary, hospitality, hotel and cab services was great. There was a small confusion about lunch in the itinerary but was dealt by the tour company in a very professional manner. So overall experience of langkawi was amazing. In Kuala Lumpur hotel would be better and same was with the itinerary. As the view from the hotel was just construction sites, rooms were extremely small with very small beds. Rooms were not at all sound proof and you can hear everything of the adjacent rooms. The places covered in the night tour were not clearly mentioned so there was confusion with the driver. Also the hospitality of the cab drivers in Kuala Lumpur was not satisfactory. Hence the experience of KL would have been much better.

Everything went well with the trip. The pick up for all sight seeing yours was on time and the pick up driver was very friendly. We I fact got a Tamil speaking driver which was so convenient. She helped us with all the sites and attractions in our leisure time apart from the tours mentioned in the package. Overall our experience was very good. Langkawi is such a beautiful place. We went to Chennai beach, cable car, sky bridge and many other attractions. The one thing I didn’t like was the cab was available till evening 6 only and we had to pay a huge fare for a vehicle which was too big for us (arranged by the driver) on one evening beyond 6 pm. It was unnecessary and we paid a huge fare for the van just for 2 people. It was not our mistake that no other vehicle was available. Why should we pay for the big vehicle? Other than that everything was fine. Better suggestions for restaurants could have been provided. Could have included a complimentary photo shoot which makes the package a lot more attractive. Bibhu's 5 days trip to Malaysia

The pre travel experience was traumatic and pathetic. For one of the persons, there was a visa issue. Travel agent accepted the documents from us and said it will processed. But both times, it was rejected by embassy. Shows there was no prilminary check from the agent. With the travelling day closing in, eventually the clarity of visa getting processed was not clear untill the day of travel. The agent requested for a bribe of 5k to process the same. This was like if you dont pay 5k, we are risking Rs 2.90L of the trip We were left in lurch till Wednesday, whereas it was supposed to be hassle free tour. We got the visa rejection update on Friday and we resubmitted the documents within 1 hour on Friday. It was nerve wrecking experience on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. We eventually got the visa at 3pm on Wednesday (which is basically the travel day). Upon reaching malaysia, we found out on the 1st day that Petronas tower tour has been cancelled owing to no tickets. How unprofessional that was from Travel Triangle agents. The plan was given to agents some 20-25 days before.We have done past tours with Travel triangle, but this experience has to be worst one. this actually sums up why i willl not be availing facilities of TT in future. I am quite happy with the trips and all around management of the same. Most of the things were good with few exceptions and that might be because of some lack of knowledge from my side or their side but still overall experience is good. Anjali - with whom we planned our trip was nice, coordinating and humble throughout the trip and even at onsite destination she was regularly in touch. Malaysia local tourist agency was also very professional and supportive. Pick-up, drop, local guiding, behavior, in all spheres they maintained their decency. So on gathering all the points on the scale of 10, I will give them 7.5. Langkawi hotel , Bella Vista, its sea side view and location in the city with all around facilities including Indian restaurant nearby for food gives us good experience there.
