Kaushik's 8 days trip to Dalhousie

Except for goofup done by travel agent for my stay at Dalhousie hotel it was fair. In this instance I was provided make shift arrangement in another hotel of lower class and pathetic condition. The reason I got for this goofup was funny “ it was operations team problem” , although I followed up on all my hotels booking well in advance before my actual trip and got positive revert. The main problem was at time when I was about to deduct charge for a day stay in this makeshift hotel. Besides their manager (lady) , Mr. Lokinder Verma from this travel agency was very rude to talk and was not in a mood to understand my problem, although I did paid extra for accommodations of hotels as per my choice. Would recommend everyone, do not rely on any verbal confirmation for your hotel bookings confirmation prior to your trip, especially with this travel agency. Car driver was very good and had best knowledge about the entire sites, that made my site seeings more easy and comfortable.

Hardeep's 4 days trip to Dalhousie

Our trip to dalhoussie from 26-28 January was organized by miss Lata Verma. Trip was quite joyful. Great customer service by miss Lata Verma. Never made me feel left out. She accomodate all our genuine requests and made it a point to call us everyday & check on our experience. This is the exactly, the kind of customer service i was hoping for. She appointed us driver named Tilak Raj. It is said that driver is also your guide and he proved it at all. His friendly behavior and amazing driving skills made our trip so good. Although we couldn't visit khajjiar due to heavy snowfall and road block but way to khajjiar was still worthy. About Hotel : The chosen hotel "Hotel Mohan Palace" under the package was best. Rooms were excellent, more than our expectations. The view from hotel was mesmerizing especially sunrise and sunset. Staff was very humble and friendly especially Sonu and Ramesh from room service. Hotel's open terrace is great to enjoy the beauty of Dalhousie. Hotel provide us complimentary DJ with bonfire at night. That was really enjoyable. Food was good especially breakfast. Our 2N 3D stay at hotel Mohan Palace became memorable. So overall it was an awesome, unforgettable experience, well coordinated by miss Lata Verma & especially thanks to our driver Mr. Tilak Raj. Whenever we will plan our next trip, we will definitely contact you. Thanks Travel Takies. Way to khajjiar Hotel Mohan Palace terrace

Dheeraj from Travel triangle has given the best service he can. Our itinerary was not planned the way we wanted and it was never asked that what we expected out if this trip. There is nothing you can see in Dalhousie and In Chamba except some local markets and few temples. Still our hotel stay was good and we have got Best service there. Cab was good and driver was over friendly. It would have been better if travel agent atleast have some knowledge about Dalhousie and the places nearby. Which they have not. Yet it was a good trip.
