Hill Station In Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh

The Dharamshala hill station in Himachal Pradesh is one of the most popular tourist haunts of Himachal Pradesh. The scenic views of the Kangra Valley that the town offers makes it a paradise for those hungry for a peek at the bounty of nature that Himachal Pradesh has been blessed with. Like all other hill stations, Dharamshala too is famous for its gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The fog that descends on the city during the early mornings, no matter what season it is, makes it an ethereally beautiful place to spend a couple of hours waiting for the sun to come up, while wrapped in a blanket out on the balcony. The evenings are well spent walking around the main market or the upper reaches of the town, waiting for the sun to go down in a blast of fiery orange.

Make sure to spend at least 3 days here in order to explore the place in its entirety. You can also plan to visit another hill station near Dharamshala, in order to enjoy a more comprehensive trip, if you have the time.
