- Since it is just a short trek away from the Apharwat ridge, most people prefer taking the walk to the lake

Overall trip was good, but not getting reverts during and after trip complition. They had charged for Sinthan top, but didn't take there, had also made us pay extra for cab to Gulmarg.
Have been asking for reverts on refund but not getting refund. Only assurance is given on message that they will c
ome back. It's been 10 days I am back from trip, still this is unresolved.

i would not like to spoil the reputation of Emaar tours and travels. But would definitely like to give an insight of my tour highlights and hurdles.
it was 5N/6D package. Our Srinagar and gulmarg stay was decent but there was a constant reminder from the hotel about pending payments by Emaar. but fo
r the stay in pahalgham we didn't have a confirmed booking as per the itenary due to some miscommunication between emaar and Hotel sales dept. we had to wait in the lobby with a toddler sleeping in my lap for 2 hrs. Miss Ifrah however tried her best to resolve the issue but it was really out of her hands. our tour driver Adil was very good and polite. but was constantly pre-occupied. Coming to travel triangle there is a lot more to improve . I think you should followup about the itenary and hotel insights more rather than just acting as payment gateway portal. Nikita Jaiswal our tour guide from TT was good but didn't have enough knowledge about the process. they must be trained properly before handling a client. overall experience was decent could have been much better.

Upon booking we immediately asked whether we should try ourselves for getting Gondola tickets. We were told no need and the agency would take care. Near to our travel date, and after the bookings are closed we are informed to try on our own leading to no Gondola tickets.
Poor advise in terms of what
we can achieve or not on a trip. We had to use our own judgment and with the help of driver amend the plans as required.
The agency vouchers were issued that were different to that issued by Travel Triangle. When questioned why there is no mention of Doodhpatri, it was just plugged in for the last day when we were to return from Pahalgam to Srinagar. The driver advised it would not be possible to do justice as we have to do Shikara ride also and left off Shalimar Garden. We amended and went to Doodhpathri on the day we cancelled Gulmarg plans due to no Gondola tickets. . Overall we feel shortchanged as we could not go to Gulmarg while we paid for that part of the trip.
The driver saved us from lack of proper planning and advice from the agency.

There was some communication issue from agent and hence we had to wait in the snow for 10-15 mins. Also, the updated hotel name was not shared in the itenary or mail, hence we landed at wrong hotel and again had to get the luggage offloaded and go the right hotel.
