How to Reach for Chamarel
Probably known as the most beautiful creation of mother-nature, the Chamarel in Mauritius is extravagantly famous worldwide. The seven colored soil at the face of earth undoubtedly seems like a reflection of the gorgeous rainbows above.
By Train
Mauritius is not facilitated with any kind of railway network which chops out the option of metros and trains on how to reach Chamarel.
By Road
A number of buses; either undertaken by the government or run by private travel agencies are available for assisting the tourists on how to reach Chamarel in Mauritius.
People traveling from Port Louis need to get into the Bus 120 which ceases the journey at Baie du Cap. From there, Bus 5A takes the boarders to Saint Anne Church, which is the nearest to Chamarel. Bus 119 transports tourists from Brabant Street up to Tamarin-Salt Pan. From there, one can board onto Bus 5 to reach Maconde. Henceforth, Bus 5A follows the route from village Choisy on how to reach Chamarel.
To enter the seven colored earth in Mauritian Chamarel, the entry ticket for each foreigner costs around 125 MRU, however, the amount is half for locals residing there.
By Waterway
The main port available for people traveling via ships or cruises is at Port Louis in Mauritius. Henceforth which, the visitors can either book a taxi or follow up the bus routes stated above on how to reach Chamarel.

Hotel stay was very good. Though there was some problem with air conditioner of the room, they changed the room for us. Very helpful hotel staff and good food.

Me and my wife had been in our honeymoon and it was one of the best experience.. everything from the stay to the travel agents were amazing .. we got to stay at one of the best beach side hotels with an amazing view.. cab drivers were on time for our pick ups .. they were extremely helpful and supportive Underseawalk , parasailing , tube ride

Memorable trip. All the arrangements done by travel triangle was upto the mark. Everything mentioned by them in package was provided to us. our tour Guide nisha and vikas are very good and showed all the places in Mauritius. A very good experience with travel triangle. we wish to do more trips with travel triangle in future.

It was totally a good experience.In a way, travel triangle had made our trip memorable and services provided are very accommodating ,but the way of addressing to the concerns of the clients can be improved,my request for the extension of hotel checkout time was not considered.

Excellent service and ease of booking over the portal is awesome. Totally worth a try. Genuine and easy holidaying. Here it is..."the overall trip and day to day itinerary was well detailed. We were a group of 11 people and the tour operator was very cooperative. The agent was flexible to our needs and suggested logical trips that will save time and being able to all the spots. Flyaway trips and travel triangle took care of smallest of our needs. The payment process was smooth and choice of hotel was fantastic.

It has been a wonderful experience with travel triangle and their local travel partner in Mauritius, there was a slight glitch at the beginning of the trip when we arrived Mauritius, we actually booked a private vehicle but a bus came to pick us but it got rectified then and there by travel triangle team. I would like to specially thank Saumya for her nice coordination and customising our trip per the need.
