Booked desire got swift. Driver was initialy rude later on his behavior was okay. Travel coordinator behavior was beyond rude! Hotel is nice something more than just a hotel! Its a gud Experience in the kanatal resort 180 Degree the resort define its name clearly. get out of room and u will see a jaw dropping view from ur door or window. but the Hotel trihari was not that much good in hygiene and behavior of the staff is also not good.

This was my first trip with travel triangle and experience was not so great. Learnt from mistakes. So hotel which was provided to us was told to be 3star. But it shall have been 2star. Room view was good, Bed was highly UNCOMFORTABLE, It was a spring Bed and hence I experienced back pain. It was never flat surface as you sleep on that bed. Then hotel has NO WIFI NO LIFT NO CHARGING POINT NEAR BED AND WHEN ASKED FOR EXTENSION, IT WASN'T PROVIDED. NO GOOD NIGHT OR ALL OUT provided. NO ROOM CLEANING WAS DONE IN 2 DAYS OF OUR STAY. The worst was frequent power cuts anytime. Sometimes light is there then NO AC. When AC was working then NO LIGHT. However staff was courteous and polite. Food was good. But overall the experience of our stay was not good. The support from agency was not helpful. They didn't support us in anyway. They just wanted money. When we complained about hotel they said these are technical things which happened, we can't help. Even for rafting, we were told 16 kms however we did only 12 kms.

Hotels were ok, they provided us a room for couple with a common gate between room at Jim Corbett,can you imagine the situation? Over all rooms were good but check in timings could be according to our arrival still travel company managed to make over stay early in other room, so thanks for them, Driver was rude most of the time like we were like a lugage for him, also he had some communal and political talks which we want to avoid in vacation.... But over all satisfied, not a bad experience Spotting tiger in Jim Corbett was unforgettable

The stay (Beyond Stay) was amazing. The overall experience was so good. Kanatal and Dhanaulti are a must for a blend of thrill and devotion to both Surkanda Devi and the nature itself.
