Hilltop in Port-Blair was good. Owner and the staff are very caring. Food is reasonably good. l will recommend that you should not book Gold India Resort in Havelock. Staff is casual and the food quality is bad. Coco-N- Nuts in Neil was superb and was as per my taste. Food is excellent and kitchen staff is very good.

The trip was customized and designed as per our requirement. Also travel agency has modified trip and sightseeing options on request during the trip. As we wanted a super leisure trip and wanted only beach resorts, the hotel options were given accordingly. Bibha and Ishwar from destiny travels made our trip memorable. They went out of the way to fulfil our requirements. All the drivers especially Allar were very polite and friendly. Highly recommended. All the beaches in havelock and Niel islands were awesome. I enjoyed doing nothing. Scuba at havelock was star of the trip

Madhumita's 8 days trip to Andaman

The trip was a memorable one. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Andaman. The programme was planned perfectly and we seriously loved every moment of it. Our agent at Port Blair Mr. Vipin was very courteous and ensured that our entire trip went smoothly. The cab drivers Mr. Deependar and Mr. Sonu were also very good. Cab driver in Neil Island Mr. Biswajit also needs special mention as he too was very gentle and took good care of us. Only issue we had was in Havelock island as the agent Mr. Pradeep and the driver Mr. Manik didn't seem to care much. Mr. Pradeep met us only once during our arrival at Havelock. Never did he care to call us to know if we wanted anything. They never cared to know if we reached the hotel after our ferry rides. Also, they never came to see us off when we departed from Havelock. Another thing was the candle light dinner also wasn't arranged and as per Mr. Vipin the hotel authorities informed him that we had our candle light dinner. One more thing was the surprise gift was really a surprise as it was only mentioned at the time of booking the package and never really was given to us. Whatever happened ....has happened. But we took a lot of good memories from our trip and will cherish those moments for the rest of our life. This was undoubtedly the water activities which we did in Andaman. Scuba diving at Govindnagar beach of Havelock, Deep sea Snorkelling at elephant beach (Havelock). Jet skiing, Glass bottom boat ride, Banana boat ride at Bharatpur beach of Neil Island. Sea walk and Parasailing at North Bay.

A little piece of advice ,please do not pay full in advance. The day we arrived, hotel was not booked and we had to wait as the hotel was not bookedby the agent. The other day,we were supposed to go to elephant beach but we were not informed that it closes earlier and we couldn't go there. We were promised luxury mackruz but provided premium and when we called the agent, they didn't bother . Overall,I would say it is better to go on your own rather that booking through them as it was not much helpful.

We had booked andaman tour with travel triangle. We feed hotel at Havelock and Port blair could have been better. At Havelock hotel (Symphony Palm) there was no proper lightening in the room, rooms where old and washroom was little unclean, which was a set off. also food was very bad for breakfast and one tea costed us 180 rs which was a Big disappointment for us. we had candle light dinner where light wasnt there at all , coordinator was helpful and he took our order and delivered faster but overall it could have been better. Port blair hotel rooms were clean but no view and not a good breakfast menu. Neil isalnd hotel was too good we loved our stay there. Private cabs and drivers were very good, they helped us in changing the sequence of tour because of weather conditions. Ferry travel was good. Overall it was a good experience with little need of improvements.

My trip was 6N which included: 2 N at Port Blair, Hotel Coral Cove 2 N at Havelock, Hotel Symphony Palm Beach 2 N at Neil Island, Hotel Pearl Park (1N) and Hotel Summer Sands (1N) I enjoyed my trip. Beaches and Marine life at Havelock Island and Neil island are worth visiting. Cellular Jail at Port Blair is very touching and must-know freedom struggle site for Indians. Ross Island gives a nice open Deers' experience. Overall quite relaxing, pleasant trip. In entire 6 days there were too many people we had to speak with and co-ordinate with. Definitely, poor telecom coverage was the geographical problem to everybody, however agents made hardly any effort for upfront communication, information sharing and correct guidance. I would like to give a big thank to Mr. Ibrahim (Cab driver at Port Blair), Mr. Haaris (Instructor at Cellular Jail) and Mr. Simha (Agent at Port Blair). I wish Dream Journey and Travel Triangle looks at the improvement of the working style of Mr. Muneer (Trip co-ordinator at Port Blair), Mr. Abdul Majeed (Trip Manager) and Mr. Vijay (Agent at Neil Island), Mr. Vishal (driver at Neil Island), Miss Ridhi (Travel Triangle Ops team) and Mr. Kushal (Travel Triangle Ops team). [Mr. Muneer for inadequate information, no response to the calls and SMS and casual attitude ] [Mr. Abdul Majeed for unfriendly attitude, arrogant and misleading information on Sitapur beach, and removing of Sitapur beach from my itenerary] [Mr. Vijay for rough, arrogant and unfriendly attitude] [Mr. Vishal is deciding for us whether we should be visiting Sitapur beach or not. Also he gives us only 5-10 mins time to visit the destination which is equally beautiful like other destinations. I hated this to this extreme. I expect a money back from Travel Triangle for spoiling my Sitapur trip. ] [Miss Ridhi for her poor understanding and interpretation. Several points had to be repeated to her so that she can rightly understanding what we are asking for. At some time, it seemed, either she is acting dumb or she is one.] [Mr. Kushal on poor communication skills and rude behavior with the customer] @Dream Journey: Please teach your agents to be courteous, amicable to the tourists. Tourists have selected their trip to relax, have a nice, pleasant and peaceful experience from their routine life. A simple smile, handshake could work wonders, however sadly most of your agents lacked this hospitality behavior. About Hotels: Summer Sands: Very beautiful property, good location, highly good food. It was worth selecting this hotel. Though we found a small cockroach in the bathroom but it is okay. Considering the beauty of the property and the food, I wish to stay at this property again. I rate this 'Very Good'. Symphony: Superb location (beautiful beach), nice property, food was mix of some tasty dishes and not-so-tasty dishes. Reception guys are least helpful. Service is pretty okay. The lighting within the room needs big improvement. Even after turning all the lights ON, room remains dim! Hotel should provide better illumination bulbs. Beach side resort area has a big risk of falling coconuts. Within 2 days period, we experienced/saw 6-7 coconut falls at random places (including the pavement). This is extremely dangerous and even lethal. Complaining about same to the reception head, gave us a very lame response stating that according to them, nothing like this happens. Thus I will rate this 'Average'. Pearl Park: Food (Dinner and Breakfast) at Dugong Restaurant was worst. Seems like the cooks here have no idea about the taste! During dinner, we even got the roasted fly with my roti! I hated this! :( Rooms were fine. Location is best due to Laxmanpur beach. There is a heap of red sand across the hotel (probably a garden or something under construction) which is causing winds to carry all the dust in the hotel property, causing balconies and garden to be dusty. Even the swimming pool was not operational. As a welcome drink they give you Tang. Please, someone explain this hotel mgmt the importance of welcome drink. The edges of the restaurant tables are very sharp to hurt your hands and elbows. Our room was 511. It is on 2nd floor. The path to reach room gives you the site of dirty and unhygienic kitchen behind the hotel building. Shockingly we even spotted a mini-lizard in our room. On calling reception, they immediately sent a person with a spray and a broom to kill it and take it out. I will rate this property as 'Very Poor'. Coral Cove: Good location, modern property, good food however the upkeep and maintenance is very poor. We stayed here in 2 different rooms during our 1st day and last day. Both the rooms had small cockroaches near tea table. Room no. 2103 and 3108. The bed lights at 3108 are not working, the basin's hole was open (it was yuks but we had to leave next day early morning so we were not in the mood to get the room change). Senior management needs to strictly look into room upkeep and cleanliness. Conclusion: I hope Travel Triangle and Dream Journey understands that their customer is on holiday for relaxing, enjoying and to have pleasant experience to the spots which were pre-decided (amongst both the parties) and pre-paid (by customers) rather than to demand for what he was promised! Though my trip was beautiful and memorable, but the experience with Timeless Trips and Dream journey was sort of disappointing. Feel free to call me in case of more details: +91 9664022206
