Excellent trip. Our guide Mr Abaya was very helpful and looked after us very well. Hotels were beyond our expectations. We would recommend Travel Triangle and Exotic Global Holidays to friends.

Dr Sachin Mahakalkar Srilanka is very beautiful country to visit.

All arrangements were realy done well and the hotels and car was very good. Specially the driver was very good. he was very informative about the place and have guided us very well. Ventotoa and Gall. Liked the elephant orphanage and tortoise hatchery. Special moments was tortoise hatchery and been very impressed how passionately they are conserving the tortoise.

A very good trip overall. Hotels were a mixed bag..ones at bentota and kandy were excellent while the one at nuara Ellia was ordinary. The Driver Ravi was superb throughout..the best I've driven with. The children enjoyed the most .

Full credit of successful trip to ExoticHolidays. Starting from the kind of followup that was done by Ms Himali for my itinerary planning and the flexibility that she provided was wonderful. She happened to work on weekends to get my trip finalized at short notice. Way to go Himali! The kind of arrangements that she made was also very choiceful. Our guide + Driver Mr Nimal was so cooperative in all aspects and had a wonderful car for us, very well maintained. He was excited to show us places as much as we were to see them. He got along nicely with our family and helped us in all ways he could. The hotels provided us very nice hospitality. Sasha transit hotel although for just one night had excellent room, and packed us breakfast for next day trip. Nuwara Eliya Himawari hills was a bit of let down with slightly unclean rooms. They even failed to provide breakfast to our driver, which was not so good compared to other places. Temple trees Bentota is an absolute pleasure. Staff are very courteous, and even managed to customize buffet meals for us vegetarians. All the places that were decided by exotic holidays for our journey were very pleasant and something new everywhere. Overall, very well done, and I would repeat Srilanka with Exotic Global again!

I loved the arrangements of the hotel but had a little bothering driver whom I had to change later because of too much liberty he took and very annoying one too. However, the team at Exotic changed him and provided with a different driver at Bentota and that was actually a relief. It was nice but they could have made it more special for the money paid.

Cab driver was knowledgeable, but the cab provided is in bad state he used to stop the car every 30mins and check for some wire, and he is trying to save toll by taking us through traffic route(long journey). The driver is punctual at all times The Surf Resort was superb, in bentota.. the agent managed to take us to scuba diving ...

Ravindra, our tour guide was simply amazing. He understood our requirements and was very proactive, in fact he made our trip a memorable one. Hotel amor villa was excellent followed by daffodils... we enjoyed wonderful service in both the hotels. Srilanka is beautiful and just a week is not enough to experience it fully... very professionally conducted private tour...in our mind - we are still in the magical land of srilanka! Amor villa with private pool and beach... the guide Mr Ravindra... he really went extra miles to ensure we were taken care of.

Heaven seven is the best hotel and rest hotels are below average. The trip planning is poor that we were travelling all day and reach hotel only late and vacate early. The driver was nice and the time spend with was amazing Chatting with driver is the best memory. Nuwarya and Kandy cultural dance is other best part

Negative: Whale watching was expected to be included in the trip​. Only after reaching trincomolee, we got to know that we should pay extra for that. WiFi is not provided in the rooms for 2 out of 4 hotels. Positive: Great experience in srilanka. Guide was excellent in every aspect. Hotel services were great barring wifi which I mention above. Nuwareliya has best south Indian food and the only place in srilanka. Vegetarians will have a hard time eating hard rice . Nuwan driver of Exotic global Agency is not gaided properly & agency not given cheffuer guide as given in quotes Cheated,cheating quotes.pigion island not seen Cheated by driver as per list collected money for guide but not provided Hotel, food grade good Several place miss guided not known by the driver History also not known by himself because he's a Christian money collected for giving bill.

Travel Triangle (or Exotic Global Holidays) was a very helpful team. They were with me step by step. They helped me come up with a very convenient plan that saved me much time and many costs as well. They offered me a very reasonable package that included all the activities I wished to enjoy at a very convenient cost. The driver who received me at the airport was also very friendly and he did not spare any effort in trying to make my holiday a very memorable one. In short, my experience with Travel Triangle could not be any better! I promise you good cooperation on the agency's part as well as kind team members who will always be ready to help.

First of all thanks for the lovely package offered and the trip planned. Exotic did go out of the way and arranged for a overnight stay which was not planned nor in the itinerary. The Cab was excellent and our guide mr. freddie was outstanding, who has become a good friend by helping us with personal needs like getting a doctor in the late evenings. Every place was nice except for the first day where we spent at Nuwara Elya, Hotel Grand Camelia was good but the access to getting there we were a bit doubtful :). The hotel at Yala, The Grand Tamarind lake was a haven of wonder, what a property, with one of the best i have ever been. The staff and the manager were very co operative by even arranging a birthday cake and celebration for my son who turned 11. Nevertheless a trip which we will cherish for a long time to go. I have already started sharing with my network about the hospitality that Srilankans in particular provide to their guest. Very warm country with warm people and smiles always.
