Overall experience was very good..The entire trip was very well arranged and itenary was explained at granular level from platform number, train number, route etc.. I would particularly like to appreciate Damanpreet Kaur from Memorable travel, she is one of the excellent customer service executive I have ever seen, her engagement with the client from day 1 to end of trip is very caring with continuous coordination. I had some issues with return ticket due to cancellation of flight and my Schengen visa was valid only up to last day of travel however Damanpreet was continuously with us on phone, mails etc. trying to help us by coordinating with all kinds of authority and our trip was ended with pleasant experience.. Overall amazing!! Full marks to Damanpreet from memorable travel..

Our Trip to New Zealand was a well planned trip. We could customize as per our requirements. There was lot of positive support from the memorable vacations staff before the start of trip. I was very much pleased by the staff and had a satisfying hassle free booking experience. We had made all the necessary payment to our agent before the start of the trip. As we reached NZ, we started experiencing the problems, slowly, one after another, solely because of poor agent selection and lack of coordination between the staff here in india and the staff and third party members in new zealand. There were a lot of places where we faced hassles and we were literally asked to stand outside the queue since our payment was not properly done to the appropriate authorities there in NZ. 1) At the car rental office the payment was not done on time, we were stranded outside the queue and only after repeatedly calling our agent, the payment was made the the car rental office. 2) The same thing happened again and again at the south island car rental office, skytower sightseeing, gandola ride, and the glacier hot pools (inspite of continuous telephonic reassuring by the agents, that it wont happen again) . 3.) At Franz alpine retreat hotel, there was no breakfast available, although we had pre booked all our hotel rooms with complimentary breakfast. The same thing happened at our coromondel stay. At both these places we had to literally cook our own breakfast before we started our sightseeing. My biggest disappointment was that i had to face lot of hassles for no fault of mine. There was sheer incoordination between the agents.Because we faced so much hassles throughout our trip, the agents were kind enough to arrange a complimentary dinner for us at a good indian restaurant on the last day of our trip. Other than the above mentioned hassles, the trip was a well organised one. I enjoyed the trip and i thank memorable vacations for organising my trip. The hotel stays at queenstown, Milford cruise and auckland were the best part. My only request is to kindly improve upon your services specially the ones which i have mentioned so that other customers dont suffer. I would surely use your services for future international trips .

The trip organised by memorable vacations was very good, and special thanks to Nisar Alam who managed the trip according to me. Only thing the hotel of paris name art hotel congres we are not satisfied with the same, the rooms was too small, the location was not good , interconnected phone not available in the room. Rest of the trip was memorable. Thanks to memorable vacations and staff.

Coming back for more... perfect for lazy guys like me - didn't gave to lift a finger. Agents did everything. Cheers,

Everything was good, Just one thing that i want to tell you that if customer suggests something like hotels, trains etc. You should give your suggestions for the same as we suggested some good hotels but the locations were not good. You have to research your own for the same and tell the customers abour their locations, advantages and disadvantages. Apart from that everything was perfect, especially damanpreet and himanshi co-operated very well. Regards Devanshu Gupta

memorable connections madequite an interesting package. they were quite helpful with all the queries and changes we had during the planning of the trip. All in all we had a fun time and really enjoyed thr honeymoon. the only issue i had was with the guided tours which actually were not a proper guided tours and memorable connections should look into detail while booking those. disneyland was a great finale to our trip and really made paris rememberable, foreshadowing even the eiffel visit.

the trip was well-managed. highly recommended to book through TT/Memorable holidays/Ramayana group.

Half of the trip was very well organized so thanks to Memorable Vacations team and Travel triangle.. I will not prefer or recommend to work with Memorable Vacations. ask why? 1 . they dont know what they are offering and what they are giving. 2. Not providing proper documents and tickets related to your itinerary until you asked.. because its your responsibility to check every and documents.instead of apologizing , they comment" we are humans, mistakes are possible". 3. Illumination tour was part of my itinerary, they had not arranged the pass for it because they forgot it was part of it. They charged the cost for it and forgot about that. now, i am chasing from last 1 month for refund..Everytime i am getting same reply, its pending from supplier's end. 3. They arranged the eiffel tower ticket for us, before the schedule time. Train reached station at 5:41pm and Eiffel tower ticket timing 5:15pm. Great planning.. Anyways they are so many things, i dont want to highlight more here. Request to all Traveller, please be careful while choosing any travel agent and check all your documents, train timing and visiting places ticket date and time before travelling Otherwise you will miss some important places or bear losses because of so called "Human Errors". Travel triangle team request you to please deal with Memorable Vacations team and expedite the refund for my Illumination Tour.

Very professional team who takes care of your needs & expectations. My trip to Europe was properly planned and all the help was provided when needed be it prior to the tour or during the tour.. Krishna & Nisar were of great help and solved our queries even at the odd times.. I highly recommend memorable vacations for your trips.. Kudos to the team . Will definitely plan my next trip through these guys only.. my experience was awesome . Trip to switzerland..

Did not share regular updates, did not update on the changes in flight, not a good experience booking through them.

hotel ambissiatori in Venice mesto was bad.also Venice gondola ride trip missed due to very far tour agency and gondola ride starting point n in Venice nevigations not working properly

Everything was very well coordinated the tour, hotels, cabs and timings. Except for hotel in Paris everything was good. Best part was Segway tour in Madrid and Paris city tour plus cruise and tickets to Eiffel tower. Electric bike was suggested by us, and it was fantastic. The visa team coordinated very well with us and helped us a lot to answer our queries and resolve them when needed. Gaurav travel agent and Krishna from Visa team were always there to answer our queries and help us with a resolution. Great job, looking forward for next holiday!!
