My first trip with Travel Triangle was in 2016, and I’ve booked several trips with them since then. Unfortunately, this was the only time we felt the experience wasn’t worth it. There was no involvement from Travel Triangle during this trip. Nobody contacted us at the beginning or during the trip. The driver who picked us up was unaware of our schedule, had no hotel details, and didn’t know the itinerary. The car provided was good, but the driver’s attitude was disappointing. He gave no suggestions or helpful advice about any of the sightseeing spots but was quite insistent about skipping certain places. He even asked us to book an Uber or Rapido to get to our hotel while returning from Pushkar, at the Delhi Jaipur Agra Crossing, because he needed to return there.I had specifically requested any sedan except a Dzire and reconfirmed this request just a day before the trip. Still, a Dzire was provided. Later, the travel agent informed me the vehicle could be changed from the second day, but I refused because I didn’t think it was fair to swap drivers after we had already been picked up from the railway station. The hotel services were good, food was delicious and location was very nice.

In amrithsar driver was arogant most of the places are holiday in delhi you would have informed when we booked delhi on Monday We miss aksharadhama and lotus mahal in delhi which we wanted to see. Hotels and hospitality in hotels are good Nainital

Travel agent service is good and very supportive

Very wrong info was given by the agent. Provided me Treebo hotels instead I was expecting atleast 4 start ones. Very cheap quality hotel was provided at Coorg. At last moment the hotel was changed when I made a bunch of complaints for the Treebo Elite Plaza Hotel

it was an amazing experience

Trip was arranged great I like the behaviour of Preeti and her temperament to handle my all changes. The negative I can say is the driver was asking us to walk a lot which we didn’t like and also as a feedback can u ask drivers to help in getting tickets and be more helpful. Also one hotel which was give Rampratap palace was not of a good value i would like to let travel agent don’t suggest such hotel in future if the travelers want a luxurious stay so please don’t spoil their experience with such low quality hotels and staff Jawai stay and safari was awesome . jagat niwas stay view and hospitality was good but food was not to the class

Nice experience very smoothy they arranged all things. I recommend it for hassle free travelling.

We had a very nice trip & a very good experience with Trip Sailercom. Except for: Vesta Bikaner Palace. This is a nice property but not maintained & isolated

Hotel in Jaisalmer is not up to the expectation, they are serving alcohol and environment is not family friendly.

The hotel at Jaipur is not to 3 star which you stated

We planned 4N kerala trip from travel triangle..it was a family trip with 3yr old kid.. All in all Awesome experience.. All well managed and planned Mr Namit well behaved and helpful .. Driver was funny friendly and goes with the rules.. Only issue was the food..which was not in the itenary.. I will delegate food availability also to travel triangle next time.. Munnar.. Elephant ride
