I booked a customized trip of 9 days for Uttarakhand. The representative Nikita Aggarwal was proactive, extremely helpful and available to managed issues I faced during ongoing trip. Apart from that I would like to appreciate cab Vinod Chauhan who was friendly, accommodating and did guide us well. I think he exceeded my expectations and never said NO. However I initially had some goof ups post paying tripsailer when the hotel in the itinerary but Nikita offered an alternative at an extra cost but was completely worth it. The only problem I faced was unpredictable weather and probably if I had a slightest of idea I would have avoided few places like chopta as I didn’t get to trek to Tungnath due to heavy snowfall and the stay and guide payment was completely wasted for those particular days. I have to check out a day earlier as the weather might have posed a problem for my flight back. Nevertheless it was a good experience with Tripsailers.

Thanks Divya, you have taken care excellently in arranging the trip and follow up consistently. You follow up actions helped to resolve issues. Cab driver Nithin was also very co operative. Overall 5 out of 5

Driver was so good he helped us and narrate us about the places properly.

No coordination between travel agent and cab agent ..due to which we had to wait at airport for two hours..

All the hotels were good except udaan zambaala in Darjeeling.. Drivers were good and polite.. Travel agent vijaya was good and humble..

1st of all we want to thanks Travel triangle ,Trip sailor & our cab driver Bijesh for making our trip awesome all our stay are comfortable,neat & clean especially we like stay at rivertree munnar & houseboat allepy , meals at rivertree & houseboat are delicious except Thekkedy Mountain hue hotel it is non vegetrian hotel and vegetrian food quality was so poor & one more think that we not liked that free local sight seeing spots are very less wherever your cab stop you have to pay enternace fees that cost us about extra 7-8k & we also miss top staion visit at munnar due to miscommunication of Driver Overall our trip is good Houseboat Stay is memorable & anyone going to Kerala must Experience Houseboat for one time.

Trip is good but last hotel is not up to the mark. Also I would feel that the package cost is on higher side as per the hotel accommodation.

Everything was good but it would have been easier for me if the travel agent would have been a little bit more vigilant and responded to my calls and messages more often

Firstly thanks to travel triangle, tripsailer and Alia for this memorable kerala trip. Kerala was too good. rivertree hotel in munnar was good, comfort,clean room as meet my expectation.but hotel in thekkady was should be improve there service.overall kerala trip was awasome in my life to see the beauty of nature.Houseboat cruise in alleppy is extremly memorable for me.cab driver is too supportive and good control on car. Thanks again to Tripsailer and big thanks to our trip agent Alia :).

They just acted as a coordinator not as professional Agent. They hired taxi from third party and third party hired from fourth so the Driver behavior was very bad. The driver is one who accompany you during whole trip.

I just wish travel triaangle would have been in contact with us through out the trip.Hotel and services was nice.
