Overall the stay was nice but the taxi driver was not coorporative. He purposefully missed many spots to cover and wasn't aware of many latest updates despite been local. Ex. Rose Garden in Munnar close at 5pm and he took us there at 6 pm. and many such incidences. Hotels and House Boat.

It was Ok , no complaints could be better . My fault for not doing a comparison, other agency were covering the tickets for the Sound and Light show in Amber . In fact there were a lot of inclusions that was not covered but were covered in other agencies . So my bad I need to d my homework!
