Nikita- Tripsailer is possibly the worst customer service executive to deal with.she gave us zero guidance while booking the trip. We ended up backtracking locations thanks to the badly planned logistics. The hotel's were ok but very far from the city and tourist spots. The driver Karan from Bansal travels and car was great.inspite of booking 3 months in advanced, Nikita booked us on the Jim Corbett safari in the buffer zone where we saw no wild life. The travel traingle guys too sided with the agent refusing to accept any blame. Have had great trips with TT before . Will think twice before booking Snow capped mountains

During our trip the constant misguidance of the cab coordinator Mr. Sushil Cell was horrible. Even he didnt know how to behave with customers. Arguments with cab coordinator and untimely availability of cab spoiled our mood for honeymoon. I would not recommend tripsailer.com for further travel plans to any one.

Cleanliness in the hotel was not good. And we have to book our own cab for Nainital and wasted money in that as well.

Boat is not good

Approach of Travel agent was more of reactive than proactive. Initial discussions were quite good with them, however once package is booked, i found their interest has reduced. Good part is that they have framed very good itinerary and we enjoyed a lot throughout the journey. Hotels were very good considering our budget. Cab agency has provided new car which remains very much comfortable throughout the journey. Driving of driver was also very good but his intention to take us for sightseeing was negligible. From the first day itself he has started creating issues to take us to the places which were mentioned in the itinerary. This was extremely frustrating and this is where we found major coordination gap between Travel agent and cab agency. Hope it gets reviewed by travel agency in detail.. P.S. We enjoyed a lot and thank you for all the support Nilam :)

communication not good

trip was fine, food at madhumantra resort was of poor quality, old material used for food items for e.g old dough used for chapatis, one fruit item at dinner was also very bad.overall munnar trip was fine. thekaddy trip was waste of money, no spot for visit, only one jungle.we have spent maximum time hotel at thekaddy. alleppey was good and best. houseboat.
