Trip was great, albeit hectic as we covered 8 places in 10 days. So almost packing each day. Covered almost all places we planned. 6vout of the 8 hotels were great. Foods served at hotels were great in taste. Driver and cab were good. Pricing were competitive. The only concern is that neither TravelTriangle nor TripSailor could provide expert suggestions on trip plan optimisation, this should be taken care of to increase the overall customer satisfaction. Rudradhari Trek, Views from Munsyari, Musk deer Zoo, Binsar Ecocamp experience.

Overall the trip was good. But we insisted you to book alappey boat house but it was not booked there. Cab fee is the highest one. First day we travel around 100 km and day also around 50 km but we paid 4400. Maraikulam beach, elephant ride, marine drive

Driver had not taken us to the mentioned places and he had some local connection for jeep drive and took us there and forced us to pay 3500 which was not worthy. Instead of taking to the place where it is covering under package, mostly he took us to non covered package area and we paid extra amounts there. Hotel at munnar was remarkable

Hotels, food comfort was amazing. The driver was not very much familiar with the roads, could have been better. Ms. Jyoti Rawat was most helpful and accommodating during the planning and execution of the trip. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely recommend. Stay at Binsar and Kausani were perfect.

We went to Mount Abu for a three day tour via Trip Sailer (Travel Triangle). It was a wonderful experience. Most of the things were sort before leaving for the trip so we need not have to actually worry about anything. The hotels were really good. We would recommend a must visit to Hotel Karnavati. The property is very well maintained and staff is very cooperative. The best part of this hotel is it's location which is mountain facing. The hotel is all lit in the evening and the garden way is a beautiful place to walk around or just sit and chit-chat. The rock view restaurant at this hotel is really nice. We loved it's setting against the mountains. Breakfast is something which one should not miss here. Perfect value for your money. We opted for deluxe rooms and they were decent. Hill N You was another great experience. We chose the hotel keeping in mind our idea of being near to nature. This hotel also offers cottages worth trying. Must mention- rooms are quite spacious and lovely. The garden sitting for spending quality time with your loved ones is something we enjoyed the most. Food was also good. Staff was quite cooperative and friendly. The gatekeeper chacha was really sweet. He helped us whenever needed. Our driver cum guide was a very calm and ever smiling person. The hotels andanagement were awesome and liked very much except the one in Auli but the Rishikesh one was awesome. The cab driver was reluctant to drive us to Auli but in the end he agreed. Got to enjoy snow in Auli and other activities all round the trip

Hi Team, Thanks for arranging my wonderful and memorable trip for me.Trip was good and successful for me.I enjoyed a lot time in nanital and all places. Hotels were good and nice service. But I want to notify you guys driver was so arrogant and irresponsible. He was driving rashly multiple times. He dropped us at indraprasth Delhi and asked to take Ola Cab. Also whenever we asked him to stop for lunch at restaurant we like he never listened and does as he wanted. We even try to protest it but he threatened us saying ‘why do you want to spoil your trip’. Hence we could not escalate it during our trip We were afraid to report it to even his manger. Also not sure if we could reach airport safely with him. I will have to think about booking trip with your company in future because of this traumatic experience. Regards, Ajit Bhosale

At last, it seems travel triangle only wants the customers to buy their tour packages on any conditions.....before making the payment of package you people call the customer several time for making instant payment and Once the payment is done by than no response is received from your side towards customer till the trip doesn't end.

Me and my wife went to Nainital for a couple of days. It was my third visit to Nainital and undoubtedly the best trip as far as my hotel stay is concerned. We stayed at Naini Retreat. It is the best property in Nainital and Trip Sailor helped me with the best rates. It was a very good experience. One piece of advise for people travelling with Trip Sailor. They are a good bunch of people with the best possible rates (I compared rates with a few more agents) in the market. Just make sure you have everything well documented. There might be a case where you said something and they understood something else. Mis communication and confusions hamper the enjoyment and it is not good for either parties. Barring this, everything was smooth. Hands down our stay at the hotel. The view, the food, the mood, the service, the staff. If you happen to visit Nainital, stay at Naini Retreat.

Frankly saying the experience we had with Travel Triangle was not fair. The resort which arranged for us was good, the food and the ambiance and the staff behavior was good. The allocated resort was deep from the main city as a result of that we are unable to catch up with any shops to avail for any items that we wished to determine for. You team should have suggested us or informed earlier about the resort located which is far from the main city or main roads in terms of Kilometers. Additionally to this – In Honeymoon package as assured the chocolates are not provided. There is no proper guidance from you people about all the sightseeing places. At-least a brochure or guidance content file should have provided as tips for us to reach the desired places of our choice. Always we are in a point to seek cab driver help and we need to ask him again and again about the sightseeing places and he is not in a good rapport with us and he hesitate to take to many places. We with our own interest googled some places and requested the cab driver to drop to the requested location. He is not talkative and he always accompany to his friends whichever place we visit. He drops in one place and asked us to come to some other point to board the cab. He spoke in a rude way to us and saying about his shift timings and all. He stated as your Malayalaee people I am taking you to places or if any Hindi language people he would have left as it. [Note: Cab Driver Name: Prakash – Mobile # 8921612544]. Most upsetting part is – on departure day to Chennai [Dated: April 23 2019 – Tuesday] our flight is at 8:00 AM and we need to reach the airport on or before 07:00 AM. But the cab driver reached the resort [The Classik Fort Hotel] by 6.35 AM post we called him several times in panic condition and he coming leisurely and dropped us in Airport through rash driving. Hope your team objective is to make the trip visitors to enjoy the trip and as well as the visitors to promote your organization to other colleagues. Kindly filter this kind of unhealthy service from your end and make the visitors to feel good and heartfelt in your service. Frankly saying - In future I need to think twice to opt for TRAVEL TRIANGLE.
