Trip SailerCom

Overall it was a good trip, except days are not aligned according to itinerary, 1st day there was no sight seen due to Holi, Tripsailer have to taken care of this.

Hotels were pretty good. Food was nice at Kasauli exotica but there were issues with the heater during the stay. Even after multiple request for a good driver who has proper knowledge of the areas the assigned driver was not at all assitive or helpful. Ruined the Shimla trip. As per him there was no proper intimation by Tripsailor, not sure whom to blame.

Superb Trip, awesome experience the hotels and the cab provided to us was awesome. Prabha the consultant from TripSailer.com was the best, she helped me in customizing the best itinerary. Kudos to the entire TripSailer.com team also, Mr. Shaurya Singh was kind enough, in understanding and helping out for making our honeymoon the best. Thanks a lot!!!

Hotel was not in good condition..only 40 minutes was given by tour guide to spend in North Goa beaches. There should be one hour atleast... Spending time in Beach

awesome trip.

Hotels and cab was very good but very poor in terms of communication.We missed our safari because of lack in communication.Travel agent was so relaxed that they missed govt circular on safari.Also the travel itinerary was clear means although some items were mentioned in the itineray still we had to availed paying extra. Travel agencies should work more responsively as the travellers happiness is lies with them only.

It was really nice. The arrangements were proper and neat. Hotel was awesome and so the boathouse. Staffs were really good and professional.

It was a good trip with couple of disappointing. On day one we had to cover athirapally , Vazhachal and Charpa waterfalls before we check in at munnar hotel. but once we started from the airport, driver stopped us in midway and informed me that the mentioned waterfalls was not part of the itinerary he received and asked me to pay additional 2000rs to cover the places . then i had to call the traveler person to sort things out and this wasted me more than 1 1/2 hours. distance between Cochin airport and Athirapally waterfalls is approximately 40 kms. it took us nearly 2 hours to reach the place. we ended up not visiting Vazhachal and Charpa waterfalls because of the time wasted in the morning and then the driver miss guided us. In alleppey I had candle light dinner and Honeymoon Cake was in my itinerary, dinner was arraigned inside the boat with a candle on the table, by no means it was a candle light dinner type and I had to buy Crabs and prawns for dinner. Normal cake was served and it was not good .

The tour was well managed

The trip was good ..But I have requested to book backwaters house boat in Alleppy but the travelsailor.com provided somewhere else "Cherthala".I wanted to visit Alleppy once but the driver also denied to take us to Alleppy because he needs to drive 23kms more .and he was always rushing and simply asked us to see the place and come .We cannot spend much time in most of the arrtactions.

Travel agent are little bit unprofessional, desling with customers should be better and daily they can contact the customers and well being.Any other place in Uttaranchal. and Himachal pradesh and in jammu kashmir ,inform me ,if you can arrange,keep in touch It is a very good place ,unexplored but the can allow us to watch nature beauty, and in nainital we have to engage another local cab,arranged by your driver.

It was wonderful tour.. we couldn't manage to explore two sites because of time limit but enjoyed a lot..
