Trip SailerCom

We booked a trip to N.Sikkim through agent "Trip Sailer". Only the driver and car were part of the package - no hotels or food. We enjoyed the trip even though it was not fully satisfactory for us. The communication with the agent in the days and weeks leading up to our trip was very one-sided. We were always the ones to call them and message them asking for the next steps, the documents that we would need for the permit, when the driver/car details will be shared etc. We expected more close contact with the agent and also Travel Triangle. It just felt sometimes like we were left on our own. The trip was a success due to the local people in Sikkim who were friendly and helpful.

Overall good experience with trip seller and special thanks to Nikhil for quick service and customization of trip.. I went rajasthan with 2 year old with no problem at all Jaisalmer camps and cultural programmes

Cab was worst part of our trip. Front seat was broken and still was not changed till last day. Commitments made by trip sailers is not fulfilled. Committed to provide Innova and on day of travel they provide cheap car Aria. And after informing the agent they do not respond.

We had a great trip. Enjoyed it. One suggestion: Please provide option for choosing fun activities too ( like Jeep rides etc) as the local drivers are misleading us and they charge fraudulently. We enjoyed the entire your however, the stay in camp, cultural program and the trip to the sand dunes were the best.

Everything was good during my visit . only problem I have faced that every time i use to call to concern agent for trip coordination and cab.

It was AWESOME!!!! Had so much fun in corbett treat resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Morning safari was outstanding enjoy a lot. Worst stay experience in sweet home nainital, hot even cold water was also not available, dirty washroom and dirty bedsheet. Do not stay in 3rd floor rooms after complaint from travel adviser they shifted us in 1st floor room. 1st floor room was quite better. Location of hotel was good. Staff is very cooperative but helpless for providing hot water. Overall average hotel. Trip Driver was cooperative and good in nature. We enjoyed a lot , one of the most memorable experience.

Good things: Driver was professional and drove safely. Hotel In Jaipur was too good and clean. Bad experiences: 1. We first got a Toyota Etios on 1st day. It stopped working due to some GPRS issue as claimed by the driver. Wasted 45 mins to get a new car. Next we got a Suzuki Dzire, which had battery issues and we wasted almost 75 mins on our way from Jaipur to Jodhpur as the car didn't start. 2. Hotel Kuchaman Haveli gave us a room on 3rd floor with no lift service. Room was dirty, no mopping had been done, bed linen was dirty with hair and stains on it. Since we had a booking on another night in the same hotel, they gave us a very clean and neat and new room on 1st floor the next day. Rogues they are! Breakfast was just poha on one day and only poha and paratha on another. 3. Hotel Priya in Jaisalmer has serious sanitation issues. The whole of 1st floor stinks and there were atleast 5-6 cockroaches in the room. Terrible experience. However their breakfast spread was good and tasty. 4. Driver was not enthusiastic to take us to different places as per the itinerary. We had to skip a few places. No good planning 5. Bed linen in Sultan desert camp was dirty and has never been changed it seemed like. Food was too oily and of bad quality. Stay in Harsoli Haveli in Jaipur, Visit to Jaisalmer fort and Rajasthani cuisine.

I have very much disappointed with tripsaller services, they have never call me regarding my sightseen booking my trip. I have call so many times for my sightseeing and booking. Don't go with trip seller.they have call u only booking time otherwise always you call about anything regarding booking

It was an unforgettable experience. The staff is very cooperative and professional. Everything was perfect. Rooms were neat and clean. Cab driver was Very good. In short, travel triangle is the best for making your trips memorable.specially thanks to vijaya mam
