In Munnar, booked hotel was good, all 3 rooms we’re having different views so not all the friends were happy, hotel property was great with lots of activities available within resort, bathrooms were too small,. Thekkady property was good with same view for all 3 rooms. Kovalam property was also good, as it was 3 star property the limited services were available. So overall trip was fine. Driver was unable to speak Hindi and very little English, Again driver was not much co-operative, he used to lost temper during evening times , he could have said politely but instead he used to raise his voice, so 2.5 rating for driver Travel agent helped a lot throughout journey whenever needed assistance.

Enjoyed hotels and driver was v professional. Lakes in Udaipur and Umaid Palace were the best memories.

House boat in aleppey was a big disappointment, what we see in pictures and what we recieved is totally different. There were six families in sharing boat and the only 3 staff who don't understand English or Hindi. The food provided was bad and by the time we went for taking food some items were over . The driver: his duty of dropping at the required place was done promptly. We had a kid of 5 who was having vomiting sensation due to the ghat road, irrespective of noticing this he didn't halt anywhere. His primary duty was to drive non stop n drop us. Aranyaka Resort was good.

This was the first experience with travel Triangle and that was Superb.From the day we approached them they were very prompt in Providing ample options according to our budget and also gave us ample options in hotel selection,honest opinions about the itinerary,We had a Senior citizen traveling with Us so even that point was taken care while giving us Solutions ,the hand holding of ur team (Priyanka ) was Amazing .She was Available and ready to help whenever called for. Ur Travel partner Mr.Parvinder Singh was a guiding star At every step,He helped us in every aspect of Sightseeing like choosing the right guide to choosing the Best Restaurant while on the move At the end this trip we almost felt like he was one of our Family Member..overall the trip has created lots and Lots of memories thanks to Travel triangle ,Priyanka and Mr.Parvinder Singh we had such a delightful time in Rajasthan..

Very good experience

Very comfortable stay, relaxing, and very well coordinated by Trip Advisor Ms Alia. Alleppey House Boat experience and Poovar vidit. Ms Alia was very helpful whenever we contacted her.

Hotels are good, Cab is also good

Overall experience of the trip was wonderful. Hotel was also good and the breakfast n Dinner was also good. Hotel staff was nice and gentle and supportive. Just the room quality could have been better. Driver and the cab was very nice that was the best and satisfying part of the trip. Driver Mahaveer was very gentle and nice

Munnar tea garden, and beautiful meadows and lakes are captivating . Over-all it was a great experience. Tea gardens and water falls were beautiful sites. Spice gardens were very educational.

Overall trip was good. However, support from the booking agent was minimal during trip, as it was left to some other coordinator.

Our trip to Jaisalmer was planned very well and executed well. The hotel and the dessert camp stay was good. Driver Bhom singh was very good,polite,patient and helpful. Only one point I would like to highlight over is that the food in Sunrise dessert resort was good but the menu for both breakfast and dinner was repeated for both thr days which was a monotonous for us and since it was dessert area we couldn't explore anything outside. One suggestion for you guys is that when you suggesting 2nights package for dessert camping see to it that atleast there is some change in the food menu for both the days. Otherwise overall our trip was very good and a memorable one for us.

Hotels in Delhi and madhura is not satisfied

Has issues with invoice updates Had issues with Sales agent who literally ghosted on wrong voucher issued. Hotels were over expensive and I could have arranged same by self at mmt rates. Sourabh was trip agent he helped us when in need.

The house boat the agent booked is very disappointed
