Overall we had an amazing experience. TT & TS helped me to customize trip very nicely. The cab and driver was nice. Accommodations was also amazing, food - far better than our expectation except at Gajraj Trail Resort. Chevron Properties at Ranikhet & Kausani - Very good, well maintained & staff was amazing. Imperial Heights - One of the best property i ever been to. Would love to go back again. Majestic Views - well maintained. Staff behavioral was very nice, liked it - excellent services and food provided by them. 2nights seems very short at this place. Gajraj - Property was very nice, bt maintained very poorly - even service was also not as expected. Nikita, Saurabh and the Preeti, entire team was very helpful - Thank You So Much. Looking forward for the next trip soon.

Trip sailor was accomodating to our needs and requirements. Special mention for driver : Mr. Naresh who was polite, uber punctual and thoroughly professional.

Overall the trip was a very memorable one. Would surely recommend others to opt for it. Regarding the cab, while we were provided Renault Scalability initially, for the next day, it was downgraded to an old model of Renault Logan. Not sure why? The ride in Logan was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, no complaints of any sort. Within the limited time frame of 3days, we had a pleasant experience at Athirapally waterfalls and Allepey. Boathouse experience was the best, thanks to the Candle night dinner, dance etc organized by Mahesh and crew of Cosy Boathouse.

Hotel rooms were good but food service is horrible. One cab driver is Ok but another one was rude. Hotel location was bad.

Trip to Kerala could be rated 5 stars for organisation and responsiveness. Enjoyed our stay at Munnar, the Alleppey houseboat and Cocobay Resort at Kumarakom. Food at these places was excellent! Only downfall was the location of Seasons Thekkady, though the food here was good and value for money. The cyclone that hit us in Thekkady dampened the trip, though we did not get the worse of it.

Very Good

Trip was good. Pros 1. Bus was good. Even the staffs were also good. They reached in time. 2. Resort was good. 3. Safari was well managed. 4. Food in the resort was very good. Nevertheless to say, the resort staffs were also very Cooperative and arranged fantastic bone-fire at night. Cons 1. The triple occupancy rooms were actually not triple bedded. They arranged a single mattress in the floor. This was not expected. There is actually no triple bedded room. It was very disappointing.

We had great time during our trip and thanks to Aman for arranging auch good one for us. Food Hotel

The trip was good as the destinations were good. However it was not efficiently planned, could have been much better. First day itinerary was improper. Hotel and food was below par as per the budget. Also didn't like the fact that although we were just two people we were sent for camping where there was no other customer at all. Overall spends must have been much lower than how much we incurred. River rafting in Ganges.

South goa trip was good but for north goa; duration for each spot was very less due to which we were not able to enjoy . Instead no. of places can be reduced and each duration can be increased. Overall trip was good and enjoyable. And response from Manish of travel Traingle was very good.

Trip was excellent.. Enjoyed .. However the cab driver should stick to plan assigned to him.. He is more concern for his commission on shopping and drop and halt at shop when we don't wish to.. And also hotel for food they halt at place where food quality is not good and lead to food poisoning.. Trip advisor should train cab driver or agency on such situation.. It all service of commission..

Booked a 4 nights/5 days Goa trip. Manish from Tripsailor was very communicative and was always ready to help from getting the quotes, making arrangements. Initially I was a bit disappointed by seeing the hotel room as it was not a 3 star hotel ( It seemed to be a very good budget resort), but on my request resort manager made sure to shift me to a better room. That was the only black spot. Other that that, every staff, the service, the ambiance of the resort was really good. Every staff took personal care of us. My wife and I was very happy with the service we got from the hotel. Travel was also very smooth, we got call from our driver the day before our journey. We were picked up from Airport, Had a fantastic South and North Goa trip and then Back to Airport. We were communicated well in advance by each drivers regarding the start of the trip and facilities available nearby. One should avoid Spice Garden visit during south Goa tour (though suggested by driver) as it is a wastage of money (neither food is good and there is nothing to see inside) and over hyped. Regarding the travel co-ordinator Manish from Tripsailor - It was really nice co communicate with. he picked up the phone whenever I called and resolved my questions/concerns. I would like to go again with them. Taking out just one point from 10 for the initial room goof-up and for showing a budgeted property as 3 star.

Good

Hotels were good {except manali} with decent and professional staff. Driver was needed to be pushed to follow the itinerary . But overall was a matured and decent driver cum guide with good driving skills. Trip coordinator was supportive and response time was good as and when required . Dalhousie {Khajjar}

Well arranged schedule.lots of trouble while checking in hotel in jaipur. Hotel at jaisalmer was not good. Hotels were not 3 star as promised. Driver was good. Rest all was fine. Camp night at jaisalmer.
