I had a very good experience in Hotel King palace in Shimla. They gave very good service. But in Manali, himanshu Resort that was worst experience of service. There was no candle light dinner provided. Very bad flower decoration, flowers were not fresh I can send you pic of that flowers which they have provided for me. One day TV was not working completely. TV worked on other day was not having any English channels, only Hindi. When I asked they said sorry for the service we can't provide English channels. Honey moon Cake provided was not good. Totally himanshu Resort giving very bad service. Only rooms were good.on top of that I have paid full amount before I check in. In reception they doesn't have that information as well. Totally disappointed with himanshu Resort. Places shown by the driver and the driver provided for me was excellent. He was wonderful person who helped us a lot in our journey. Thanks for providing such a wonderful driver, the hotel in shimla and the places planned was good. A wonderful journey other than himanshu Resort. If separate rating for the hotels I need to give I will give only rating 1 out of 5 for himanshu Resort.

When you go for trip, important thing is your cab and cab driver and his driving. Driving of my driver was very very good. I never felt fear in whole trip when our car was passing through from hills area and very dangerous area. He guided us where we should go to see beauty and enjoy the trip. He was always ready at every point. We had not to wait anywhere for him. He was always present to pick and drop to our point. He was as a guide to us in whole trip Agent is also very helping. When I got any issue regarding hotel or cab or any other issues and call them they resolved my issue within 5 minutes. I am giving 4 rating to agent. I am giving less rating to payment system because agent take all their part before trip and rest amount we need to pay to driver and in hotel and you have no option to stop payment if service from any point is not good. Rohtang is very good place. Going to hight and seeing natural beauty is really awesome.

overall trip was average as we were not guided properly sometimes. And we had a language barrier as we didn't get a English speaking drivers. Rotang pass valley was awesome and we had a great time there.

It's was awesome trip. Manish from Travel triangle helped me alot to book this trip. Hotel was also good. Foods was so nice and delicious. There was alot of option in food.

First day of my trip was nice . but 2nd day I had bad experience, I informed ur agent to book single boat House but she booked 4 beaded boat house, and it was very dirty one First day I really enjoyed hotel was nice views from hotel was awsoms , n tea estate was nice

My hotel in Manali was situated 10km away from Mall road which is the best part of whole trip. Hotel was very beautiful with beautiful views from room. Cab services was very pethatic as cab was not reaching on time, cab's we're in very poor condition and behaviour is can vendor was very disappointing. Support provided by tripsailer was very good. My complete trip was beautifully designed and all required information been provided in well advance Beautiful hotel with huge balconey, snow covered mountains at Rohtang pass is best part of my trip. special thanks to dimple( from Tripsailer)

Manali was amazing.. resort Rioso was good staff was good rooms were clean food was good.. on the other side not so happy with Shimla.. bad hotel maharaja.. bad Servisces conjusted rooms dining area was smelly. Shimla is just a name.. Paragliding... old Manali was amazing.. try out cafes der.. il forno is a must.. try out der pizza..

My Experience is not that good. AC of provided Car is not working properly, I have paid again for Visiting the place that are already included in my Itenary. I am little disappointed with Travel Triangle
