Trip started on 19th at Delhi, on time driver arrived dropped to Maya Regency. All arrangements and greetings were done before hand. Excellant food and room services. But then issue started driver was very young, though good at driving he had no clue about the place where to go. He made us embarrased in front of family by criticising our choice of Nainital was not good theres not much to roam and see. But with help of locals over there we managed to get ideas about nearby places and insisted driver to take us to the place which was most recommended by locals. We enjoyed Nainital, Ranikhet and Corbett. But on return journey before we can empty our stuff, driver ran away it took almost 4 hours to trace driver and get back our all belongings that were left in car. We had to then book local cab ourselves to go to Airport. So all in all we enjoyed Hotels that were well booked, but for sight seeing experienced & trust worthy driver should be allotted. Corbett is amazing place. Holiday forest resort offers best comfort. Dont miss boating in nainital and satal park. Mall Road shopping cannot be missed. Paragliding was super adventure.

Disappointed with the timing of check in and check out in hotel. While booking they took money for three days but when we went that morning at 8, the hotel staff asked to check in after 12 only. And, on the last day hotel staff were saying to checkout on third morning itself. Again we paid extra money to stay for the third day. When we informerd about this to Travel Triangle, they in turn asked to pay extra money and stay their. They did not take this issue seriously. We were very unhappy with the service from Travel Triangle. They should take care of check in checkout properly. Trip was good anyways.

pathetic service given by trip sailor.they just know how to earn money from there customers they will not see your comfort.my agent don't know my train timing that when i will reach there n when i will leve from there n they jst done my booking.when i told them that i cant reach station from my hotel becoz of long root n hilly place the agent suggest me to leve hotel at 3am in the morning. r we slaves of these agent .and when i called them and i told them i will take action .then agent talked me rudely n told .jao jo kar sakte ho karlo.is this way deal with there customers. .guys never book a trip with this agent trip sailor

1.IT is a good practice of sending different quotes of diff travel agents under one umbrella of main travel agent to select a competitive and reasonable price . From the hotelroom itself we have viewed " A WONDERFUL SUNSET AND PEAK OF TRISHUL OF HIMALAYA IN A GOLDEN COLOUR "

It was good visit and experience was good. Please try to avoid providing the names of resorts to customers, the resorts which does not be considered as resort.Like Sukhmantra resort. Please avoid by over committing to customers as "Snorkeling Gear provided, Fishing, Beverages, lunch Veg / Non Veg, Fresh Fruits, Dolphin Sighting, Fishing, Monkey beach visit". The visit was not there for Grand Island, as it was closed due to Military area. There were no Snorkeling Gear provided, no visit to Monkey beach, Fishing was just joke for 5 mins.

Our family had a good 8 day trip to Shimla, Manali, Kullu.Chandigarh. We did the trip in the 1st week of May 2016. We are thankful to Travel Triangle and Trip Sailer for the nice vacation that we had. We enjoyed the horse ride to Kufri near Shimla. Nice climate. Had great photography sessions We visited Hampta Pass which is at 14100 feet. It requires special permission from the SDM and so we hired a private cab for the trip. Mountaineered and trekked couple of kms for reaching the snow covered glacier at Hampta Pass. We were refreshed by the 9kms river rafting at Kullu in the Beas river. One thing that disturbed us is that the driver exhausted his cash after few days and started demanding funds from us. He threatened to leave us on the road when the fuel runs out . But Trip Sailer had taken 100% of the money and hence we did not want to pay anymore. This troubled us and caused wastage of time. We request you to take necessary measures so that other vacationers are not troubled due to such erratic behaviour of drivers

Tent was good, rafting plan was not what I asked and was delayed also but that worked good for us as we got a chance to do cliff jumping as the water level was good...food was specifically delicious and the camp manager arranged early breakfast for us as we were supposed to leave early Bungee jumping was the best experience, a must do activity
