Never felt anything missing…Everyday of trip was memorable…All the team did good job…trip planner Nikita, cab driver Joginder and everything was nice . Thanks for good memories

It was good overall. The hotels were very good. The houseboat food was unhygienic and washroom dirty and stinky. The driver lied to us that there's a family restaurant inside the railway station and we and our toddler were left without food from afternoon till 8 in the night. The driver also asked us for 500 cash and made us pay parking once. He did not return the money. We let it go as a tip.

Location was awesome but properties provided are just average, particularly the boat is just average. AC Is very old device and fan doesn’t have speed control and bed room windows were broken which made Mosquitos entrance etc. Cab driver also good but not properly understanding the requirements and not provided proper information about sight seeing. Clearly he doesn’t aware of iternary because of it, he missed few places mentioned in iternary. Suzuki desire vehicle AC is also just in poor condition, it took somuch time to make inside cool.

The trip was amazing, and proper planed by travel triangle. Thekkady experience was best.

Overall review is ok. Cab driver was supposed to be guide but was not that active and eager to show us all the locations marked in the tour itinerary. Skill wise he is good. Also travel agent charges very high price for the hotel room where as online booking price for the same deluxe room is much less. The trip was over priced. Service of the hotel was very good and staffs are really cooperative and helpful. Room was good and food was also ok.

Cygnette was amazing on all aspect , be it service, food etc. Pavilion was okayish . Room lacked the basic facilities like hanger and rods on Almirah. Food was good though

Over all the trip was just above average for the amount we have spent. Pro: Driver was caring to the elderly. Munnar hotel staff is good. Con: Hotels room standards is not value for money spent. Driver coordination on the 1st day was very bad ,lost out on spots to visit. Good quality water proof cover should be used for luggage. Our bags were wet while traveling from kochi to munnar. Hotel in Kochi not giving RO or regular water, only chargeable bisleri bottles. Initially one bottle complementary ; not sufficient for multiple people. Munnar hotel does not have lift, not disable friendly, the dining is in a steep zone which causes inconvenience to guest and staff. Murky water in taps. Tour in Munnar requires 4000₹ jeep ride, additional charges to be informed earlier by agency. Houseboat has AC timing ,no full time AC & no control on AC temperature as no remote. No hot water facility .No sweets on the menu. Travel agent to share opening and closing timing of all places to visit to enable proper coordination. Map may be shared.

Ease of booking is good. Travel agent Tannu was prompt. U can improve ur app UI though it's very confusing.

1. Received a call back from only one travel agent. Hence i had to proceed with them only. In the last minute some other agent called and quoted a lesser price. It felt like an auction. 2. I was informed by the agent that the 2nd installment of payment if not made on time the trip would be cancelled by Travel Triangle and the first installment of 10k would not be refunded. I don't understand this policy since already the payments are collected in advance and how can the T&C say that it will not be refunded, trip will be cancelled and stuff? Are you threatening the customers or what? After all its a trip we are planning to have a good time and not all customers are rich enough to forego the 10k and just cancel the trip. 3. We weren't informed about the timings and token system and the crowd in Periyar Tiger reserve. We had to waste 3 full hours there just waiting to get tickets. I dint google about anything because i assumed that the travel agent is there to assist with the itinerary and timings. We were disappointed about this part. 4. The cab driver was helpful during most part of the trip. However during drop in Madurai, since he had to drive back to his place for 7 hours he rushed us up too much. We were understanding of it and did leave early from Thekkady. But i made it clear enough while booking the trip the drop is in Madurai. 5. The patio had very good reviews online. But we dint like it. The room given to us was not clean. And the restaurant had both veg and non veg with heavy smell of meat. So we had to spend extra inspite of breakfast being complimentary.
