I would give an Excellent ratings for Hotels BUT somewhere I was not satisfied with the hotel booked for Shimla... This was not at all Trip Sailer's fault, actually the Hotel People were not enough cooperative (Their waiters were more cooperative than the receptionist)... Anyways, Absolute Good moments and Marvelous service by Snow Valley Resort of Manali covered all bad memories of Shimla. Thank you Travel Triangle and Trip Sailer... Mr Sourabh from Trip Sailer was really curious to know about my trip and that is a good sign of a businessman... Keep it up. Best memory at Manali... Awesome place

Trip was nice and enjoyed everything, except hotel check-in. We reached at hotel 02:30 in night and we informed everything to agent regarding this, before booking they make sure us you will not face any problem in check-in at night we arranged everything. But once I reached hotel guys refused us to check-in in hotel, after lot of request they asked us to pay 1500 rupees for early check-in. We paid everything to travel agent for booing then also we have to pay 1500 rupees extra at hotel. Its really frustrating when you are with your family and waiting for room in reception of hotel.

Very less options of food items. Need to have more options for breakfast and dinner and items should not be repeated again the next day. Driver should be more like a guide and comfortable for passengers.
