The cab driver was not accustomed with the local sight seeing and took us to a separate group, he said he was told to take us there and as a result I ended up paying 3k more. Other than this scenario, we had a good time. The hotel services and it's premises was very good. The open ground infront of the hotel premise amidst hills was something worth.

The tour was very good and well managed by the travel agent. Hotel and other amenities were also good.

The agents helped with the bookings and the driver assigned was also very good. The hotel was slightly far from the Mall road but it adds the fun to trip to walk around mussoorie and admire its real beauty and calmness. The trip was amazing it was slightly expensive but other than that it was nice. I would recommend trip sailer for bookings if you can get slightly lesser prices in future. Rest of it was amazing and it was great trip.

Overall experience of trip was good. Only the hotel in Ranikhet was not good as promised. The support from trip sailor agent was up to the mark. Best part of trip was the gentleman cab driver. He is a gem guy.

Arrangements at Thakery and Kumarakom was fabulous but can be made better @ Munnar. Yet overall it is good to connect with you. Nice exeprience..thanks

Very good experience at cab. The driver Mr.Rajesh guided us well. He drives safely. He received with smiley face and behaved very friendly. Hotel arrangements and accomodation are good from the travel agent. Overall very good and enjoyed from the beginning to end. We will be plan and back again in the future.

I am happy with the complete arrangement and the package that was booked. The cab driver was also good. All the coordination was done by him which was very convenient. This shall be followed by all agencies as the vacation becomes quite comfortable. The only problem we faced was with the 'Princes de Munnar hotel. The stay was highly inconvenient and the hotel did not follow hygiene guidelines in food and beverage service. Food was served cold and kept as if it was kept for dogs. The staff was suffering from cough and cold and did not wear masks. They used their infected hands to touch food. Because of this, I caught the infection. The room had zero amenities, no hot kettle, no toiletries and no proper lighting. They served tea & coffee for breakfast which tasted the same and were full of sugar. Even the smallest of things like separate tea were not available in the hotel. Upon asking, the staff was rude and refused straight on the face. Other guests staying in the hotel had the same complaints. Also, they hardly had any staff. There were only 2 staff members doing everything. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would suggest you remove it from your list as well. Hope some action will be taken against this.

Overall a very satisfying experience for my family trip to Kerala . Would like to recommend few suggestions Cab driver should be able to speak either English or Hindi well which was not there and hence causing communication issues Hotels chosen were good 3 star but if you are looking for premium stay I will suggest to look yourself and ask agent to change the hotels as per your choice Discuss upfront on can running as later we found that cab has upper limit on kms if you change just 1 sightseeing location which was never disclosed and later cab person asked additional money from me which I had to pay eventually
