Trip sailer agent was cooperative and responsive. Hotel provided were neat and clean. You should very well know you destinations/visiting places to travel. However some cons are, Third party travel/ driver may misguide you. Third party driver have misguided us in timing for visiting places and have minimized number of places to visit. Of course time was also limited from our side but they didn't plan according to available time and only see how driver can minimize places to visit in particular city. Again no doubt tripsailer have been cooperative.

Travel Triangle is the best platform to book your trips. But a sincere advise to all is to never ever book your trip through Tripsailer Agent Gokulam Resort in Kerala is the best.

Overall good trip

Very bad experience from the travel agent. We had car break down and stuck on roads for 3hrs. All hotels does not have WiFi and hot water facility.

Need to improve in providing services to clients. I am rating 5 stars for hotel booking. The driver provided to us was very much hesitant in taking us to visit the local market which we had already asked in our itenary.

Namaskar....we stayed at Delight Norling Retreat In darjeeling from 22 nd February 2021 to 24 th February 2021 .Excellent location with fabulous view from rooms and restaurants mouthwatering food with great service from the staff and guests security is priority for them.

Hotels can be more realistic n good but overalls nice experience

It was good enough.

Before payment lots of promises and assurance given. After that no one bothers. I had to pay extra to the driver for visiting sone places within the city.

It was good experience and facilities were also favourable.

Driver was v good but vehicle last seat was miserable. Saurabh agrawal asked for extra money for change of destination however he never paid it to tempo operator. Hotel Royal rosette was good Oak essence was good, however far from location the services was excellent, Mr Bhagwan very gentle man Kausani nature valley hotel was good, excellent view Joshimath hotel panchvati food was not good stay was good Rishikesh trihari hotel was good Mussoorie hotel dew drop was average far from city and food also was not good. Rooms were appearing not well maintained. Auli, hotel oak essence terrace and services and hotel nature valley view

The service provided by the travel agent ms Jyoti was good however Mr Saurabh Agarwal was always non cooperative and his services were pathetic. The trip was possible because of Ms Jyoti.

Everything went very well but 4- 5 star category hotels were knocked down badly after lockdown...Hotel service were too poor, with stinking room as if opened after long time...and driver had no knowledge about timings of show.. Hotel heritage Mohangarh fort...

The hotels in Gangtok and Lachen were good, but those in Lachung and Pelling were not upto the mark. There seemed to be hidden charges which were not mentioned clearly in the itinerary details shared by the agent. Even I had to pay extra for one of the charges already mentioned in the itinerary details. Even though the hotels were pre-booked, the drivers were not informed of the same and they had to repeatedly ask us for the details. These things need to be improved by the travel agent. The travel through North Sikkim and the attractions in North Sikkim were memorable.
