Booked a trip for Uttarakhand (Nainital Ranikhet Almora Kausani) within a very short notice. Arrangements made by tripsailer.com was awesome. Everything went smooth starting from stays upto conveyance.. all the hotels were just fantastic with perfect hill view.. just didn't like the cottage at Ranikhet..its location was also not so good..far away from main city, though view was good but the hotel packed in service, maintenance and food. Stay in nainital was the best part, near the mall road with perfect lake and hill view..loved the place..

The best hotel was Kaushani best inm, would request hotels in Munsiyari and Ranikhet to arrange for pedestal stand fans. The weather was extreme even in the hills Enjoyed the trip!

Great experience Good service

The cab driver was constantly upselling perhaps because of his tied up commissions but his cab was clean and comfy and although he seemed unfriendly, he was very cooperative. Overall Cab experience was not bad. Hotels were fine too except for the houseboat. We had very high expectations here and we were sadly let down. There were no choice in food, options were very limited and the lunch was extremely spicy. The AC in the main deck was not working and we had to spend most of our time in a small enclosure with no views of the back waters. The AC was also suddenly turned off at 8 AM (an hour before our scheduled checkout).

It is always a great experience to book with travel triangle. But this time hotel was not upto the mark.

Hotels and everything were as planned. Could have improved on service

Service provided by travel agent (Mr. Dinesh Bhandari from Trip Sailer)was very good.The plan was very well executed and he was constant in touch with us.Overall exeperience was very good.

Ajay ji pilot of our tour was awesome. He had all the knowledge about the tour and nearby places. Pilot was awesome

Driver has no full knowledge about destination

Overall trip experience with travel triangle is average. The cab that was provided is not good as AC didn’t functioned properly. And the driver is either good nor bad. Little bitter experience we had with the cab and the driver. Supposed to get the cab changed as per the cab coordinator but he didn’t care abt it and the agent is also less bothered. For the next I personally will not prefer this agent and I will also suggest others also not to prefer this agent.

The Elephant Route hotel present in Thekkady is not a good option, room was good but the things present in the room were not good, like shower, WiFi. Also the driver is not suggesting us which place we can go or at what time we should leave the place to reach on another place. Overall Ok experience, it could be much more better.
