Overall, our recent trip was good, but we encountered a few issues that dampened the experience. Some of the places we planned to visit were closed due to the early monsoon, which was disappointing. Initially, our driver was quite rude, but after we filed a complaint, his behavior improved significantly, making the rest of our journey much smoother. Regarding our accommodations, the stays in Coorg and Mysore were absolutely awesome. The hospitality, comfort, and ambiance in these locations were top-notch. However, our experience at Kerala Porch.inn was less than satisfactory. The manager was very rude and uncooperative. There was no lift available, and our request for hot water was outrightly rejected. Additionally, the room locker keys were not functioning properly. We were locked out of our room for 30 minutes with our family, only to be informed later that we needed to update our locker key—something that was not communicated to us earlier. Despite these challenges, we made the best of our trip and created many wonderful memories. With a few improvements, this trip could have been perfect.

Hotel in Agra was good but in delhi it was very small and they have shifted us to some other hotel due to some AC issue. They must have conveyed earlier. Also the room in Delhi hotel was not good and very small.

Booked a trip to uttarakhand with Tripsailer. The bookings were hassle free and Preethi handled the itinerary customizations as per my interest. She booked the cab, driver, safari, hotels and any sightseeing details. I was travelling alone and hence she had taken care of the safety aspect as well. She also mentioned she would be available on call during my trip. I had to just call her once for safari driver confirmation which she immediately took care. I enjoyed the trip stress free. The hotels though it says 4 star, may not really have the amenities of a 4* hotel. I did not do enough research and asked to book hotels that were suggested by some other agent's itinerary. They were decent and had very good views from the rooms. But I felt you could find better and cleaner hotels for that price. The sunrise view from kausani and seeing the himalayan range from the hotel room balcony was amazing!!!

We had best experience ever

Excellent cab driver, with all informations shared by him on time. Only house boat at Alleppey was a concern as boating time was very less. Hotel ( winternote) was Excellent but at woodnote little concern related to breakfast. Munnar , enjoyed a lot.

Tanu the travel agent was very much helpful! I recommend her for travel planning

Just Satisfactory

Travel Triangle arranged the best holiday package for me for my Kerala trip. All hotels and arrangements were good. There was some miscommunication but the agent upgraded my hotel room against it. Overall it was good and enjoyable.

Hotels were not justified for the price. Cab guy was prompt asked for Parking charges & Toll we Refused as per Policy. Agent Isha raj was helpful throughout. Experience was Satisfactory as per the Quotation. But could have given better advice based on the locatity there was a hussle by the cab driver for booking at various Routes not in accordance.

I have 2 days trip to Delhi and Agra, Mrs. Preethi Agarwal coordinated very well and made trip easy for us. Had some language issue with driver, but still she was there to translate and coordinate with driver. We were very comfortable towards the entire trip and driver is very polite with us. Thank you for making my trip easy and comfortable.

Our journey was very nice. Everything was very well executed except for the last day of the trip there was a miscommunication from your side regarding which place to visit that led us to be detained for some time and as a result in the last moment our houseboat was changed.Everything should be crystal clear from beforehand so that the people don't get unnecessary Harrassment for the inconvenience caused. Please work upon that Munnar sight seeing was very great.
