Simply Amazing trip with lots n lots of good memories. Pros : It was a 12 n / 13 d trip planned to perfection. Meenakshi our original poc was very very helpful and always available to answer our queries. She not only listened to the things we wanted to do in Australia but also suggested a lot of good places as well. Ty Meenakshi. We travelled to Japan in May'25 and our Travel partner was Wanderbird tours and travels. It was a great experience. Be it transit, hotel bookings, our day tour itinerary, everything was seamlessly managed. The choice of hotels were amazing and the tour coordinators - Ronak and Surya always checked on us. Overall it was a great experience and will come back again.

The travel agent 's arrangements were perfect and we had a memorable trip. All the activities were well organised and Mr.Raunak Pathak was always in touch with us. We would like to go with him again. Memorable experience of the trip was landing on FransJosef glacier and Kaikora whale watching.

We went to Japan for a family vacation through Wanderbird. Raunak and his team customised the perfect itinerary for us and made sure that we had a seamless experience. Travel Triangle helped me plan my honeymoon trip to New Zealand. We were in touch with Raunak, a gem of a person. I gave him an itinerary based on my research and interests (of my husband and I). Raunak included almost all those in our itinerary, booked fantastic hotels, and made great arrangements. He had informed the hotels beforehand that it was our honeymoon and so we got cute little surprises in some of the hotels. He also arranged our visas on time, gave phone numbers to coordinate with for hotels/sight-seeing/cabs (we didn't need it because everything was smooth and prompt), and also helped us book our flight tickets. We opted for a self-driven tour organized by Wonder Bird Holidays, masterfully curated by their representative, Mr. Raunak. Mr. Raunak ensured meticulous planning, covering every detail, from plane tickets to hotel bookings and internal tour visits. The arrangement was so impeccable that we never had any idle moments, as each destination was thoughtfully designed step by step to eliminate any potential challenges. Right from the outset, Mr. Raunak comprehensively explained every aspect of the tour, including plane timings, vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules, weather conditions at each location, clothing recommendations, coordination with local tours, their timings, approach locations, and parking conditions. The offered 3-to-4-star hotels were of excellent quality, strategically located in city centers for convenient travel. Mr. Raunak conducted a thorough review of the entire tour, addressing all our queries well before its commencement. He remained consistently available via phone to provide guidance. An instance highlighting his proactive approach occurred during our journey from Wanaka to Mount Cook in New Zealand. Faced with an indefinite road closure, Mr. Raunak promptly informed us and suggested an alternative route, allowing us to reach Mount Cook at 5 PM instead of 1 PM, unlike other travelers who waited in Omarama and arrived at 8:30 PM. We commend Mr. Raunak for his swift and decisive actions on that day. His regular check-ins, inquiries about our location and well-being, and unwavering cooperation compelled us to give him a perfect score of 100 out of 100.
