Great Thailand trip. Everything was perfect. Local agents were good, but didn't see any effort from base team in new delhi to enhance the trip, didn't get a call even once from delhi for enquiring status of trip, further the enhancements and things to be done should have been made better by base team, it was local thai team, that guided us for many extra things to be done... overall a grear trip, but didn't see any contribution of wanderbird in that.

Good experience with wanderbird agent. Followed up throughout and helped me plan it easily. Flights were good. Everything was planned perfectly and delivered. Vegan ppl had concerns during 4 island tour at the island with just baked Vegetables and rice. Otherwise perfect experience during my honeymoon. Enjoyed it.

It was such a great trip. Sight seen planning very good & cab/driver very punctual & responsive. All activities has executed very well. Only hotel in Pattaya behaviour is very poor & also charges 1600Baht for bedsheets damage issue that was wrong action with tourists. Otherwise All are good.

The trip to Thailand Planning and Booking part went well. The Wanderbird agent was good and was coordinating closely throughout the trip. The local agent at Phuket and Krabi was very good and guiding through out our stay. Be sure what you are planning. If you fully follow the agent suggestions you may be upset. Some of the attractions you may feel disappointed. The agent will choose attractions purely based cost. The local agent (Rocketbird) at Bangkok and Pattaya was terrible and useless. The kept me waiting at the Bangkok airport for more than 30 minutes for the pick up and you have search for the agent in the airport which is not easy. The island trip at Pattaya was cancelled by the government due to weather which was not communicated to me. I was waiting at the lobby as a fool. Then I made phone calls to the local agent and Wanderbird agent and then only they informed about this. Day spoiled, they didn't even bother to arrange alternate trip. The cancellation money for the trip was very little. The Bangok Agent dose not welcome your phone calls, they never call you for anything, you have to call and confirm in advance. The group tour vehicle roam around the city to pick other guests and you will spend a good amount of time in the vehicle. The India Agent is OK but he is of not much help when you are in Thailand, It is important to check and ensure the services of the local agent also. Lesson learnt. I used Travel Triangle for my previous trip to Sri Lanka, the trip was nice that's why I used this time also, but I will think next time.

Indian agent Services excellent.. Thailand agent, poor. Be prepared to be treated differently on worse side by thai agents. They treat chinese and english as gods and we as dogs. Be it the hotels, shops or queue for boats or parasailing or even corals.. So be prepared..
