Bad experience. Our flights to bali were booked by the travel agent and it got delayed by 4 hrs fromdelhi , travel company would have got the delay msg but we were not informed about the delay until we were in the airport . The connecting flight malindo air was further delayed by 6 hours . Travel agent convinced us for this cheaper flight , but we came to know at the airport that malindo air is cheaper but is always late . Its known for its delayed arrivals . I expect Travel company and agents to know such informations as they are the experts in business and inform the customers while booking . It cost us one day's booking as we arrived at the night and all our bookings got cancelled obviously , which ahould have been the travel company's responsibility to let the bookings know of our late arrival , as they knew that our flight is late . I had especially requested the agent to include a couple spa for our trip , which got cancelled due to the flight delay and they did not get it rebooked , rather asked us to repay for a no show .
This was the worst customer experience out of a travel booking that i had . They did not do any follow ups with me further on the trip . I lost on my holiday day , money , time and planned activities for the day . Expected them to take care of this and informing others about the delay .thats wht i pay them for , managing and handling the trip after all .
The cab driver was good and helpfull.. he kind of saved the fury of the entire experience .
