Wanderbird Holidays is an amazing agent for you to plan your holidays. Raunak planned our Europe trip perfectly. To begin with, there was lot of uncertainty about visa application. He gave proper details about which country's visa is easier to get, which is taking more time, what would be the best time to plan, minimum gap between visa appointment and trip.
He works very cautiously in planning the trip keeping in mind customers doesn't get in trouble with uncertainties around visa processing time.
Next, in my case, i got a prime time visa appointment and for some reason just had 24 hours to make all the bookings.
He worked until after midnight to get me all the bookings. He helped in making sure we carried all the docs for our visa so that there is no issue with that.
Like I said, he made all the bookings when we planned the trip and didn't leave anything for later. I know some agents who leave out some bookings for later and then customers have to keep following up from them. In my case, I didnt have to follow up from him for bookings even once.
Then we asked for some changes in itinerary, for which also he quickly checked the feasibility and made the changes. He gave couple of detailed briefings before the trip, mentioned every single DO's and DONT's, explicitly mentioned every single item what was covered and what was not covered as part of package.
During the trip, he kept following up with us at every destinations, was always available whenever I had to call him back even for slightest of doubts (and even at late night sometimes), gave details of other things to do, restaurants to eat at for every city.
The tours included in the package were amongst the best and were relaxed.
His suggestions for the tours that can be picked and what all places could be covered are spot on.
