We took help of Wanderbird to plan our trip to Spain. Since this trip was planned in the middle of all the covid chaos, we thought it made sense to take help of professional travel agency instead of doing everything on your own and boy did that decision paid off! Raunak was always on the ball with all the bookings, last minute changes, super urgent travel advice - think we threw everything at him and he always delivered! Overall a well organised trip of 16 nights in Newzealand that took us through both North and South Islands. Bella Vista Motel and Appartments at Christchurch is not suitably located near to a market and also rooms were very small. Milford Sound Cruise and 90 mile Beach Visit. Weather could be a spoil sport and our Franz Josep Glacier Walk & Kaikura Whale watching trips got cancelled.

Everything was taken care of before hand - car rentals, hotel booking, as well as reservations for our activities and we didn't have to worry about anything. There was a slight hiccup due to bad weather - some better planning could have been better. However the refund for the cancelled event was provided to me on time - so kudos for that. Raunak Pathak from Wanderbird Holidays was our agent from Travel Triangle for our trip to New Zealand. Raunak helped us plan with the best Itinerary, whether it was wrt the activities covered, hotels stayed or rental car selected. Everything was perfect.
