Unfortunately it was not a satisfactory experience after paying extra amount . Would have been much cheaper if booked on our own, however owing to the comfort level we thought of going with the travel agent. Finally I would say "Not worth it".

Co-ordination was not good once I landed in Dubai. I tried calling 50 times on first day but their phone was always busy. The same story on all days. You would never know when someone come to pick you. One driver was also very rude.

Let's start from the trip booking. I was assisted very nicely by Mr.Parth of I Need Trips Ltd. He helped me with my every small doubts in any hour of day. In Mauritius the travel agent too were very helpful. The trip went very smooth. I am glad I selected I Need Trips. Thanks guys. keep rocking.

My itenary to Thailand trip was well prepared by Parth from Ineedtrip. I must say the itenary was well crafted. Above all my experience of interacting with Parth is phenomenal. Look forward to many such trips in future. Stay in hotel, Pattaya underwater world, trip to Coral island and Bankok's safari world.

i m glad about experience, but agent provides misinformation, i ask for day at leisure on 11dec he make sure about that, and when i reach destination, guide told me that 10th dec is day at leisure, many other misinformation from agent, i will never go with same agent again.. thank you..

I was searching for various travel packages options and then I was introduced to Travel Triangle by a friend. I was amazed by the responses I got from travel agencies on Travel Triangle. I went with I need trip travels pvt ltd. My contact point was Mr. Taran who had a thorough knowledge of Singapore and Phuket and he shared the best itinerary options with me. The overall experience with I Need trip was very good as they provided one stop solution for hotels, cabs, attraction tickets, insurance and forex. Akanksha , Satender and Mr. Mangal from Visas, Shivam from Forex and Insurance catered to me very well in a friendly and hassle free way. Mr Taran explained everything very well and the itinerary was well designed in terms of activities. Only problem I faced was that Universal studios Singapore was planned on sunday and it was a huge rush day and which could have been on a weekday. Regarding my trip the best part was Universal Studios , Wings of time and River Safari. Being a vegetarian , I was worried about food options in Singapore and Phuket but the hotel and its vicinity had enough options to have a proper meal. Overall I would like to thank I need Trip & Travel Triangle and I hope that they keep up the good work. Definitely My next trip will be with you guys. Cheers!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful trip to the island of Mauritius. Everything was well arranged from the pick up from airport, hotel trasfer, daily tours to airport drop. Tour drivers were very informative and friendly. Mauritius is a beautiful place where newpy wed couple can start journey of their life togerther with great memories to cherish. About the hotel Riu Creole is all inclusive hotel where you dont have to touch your wallet if you are there. Great hotel with private beach, pool. Only thing I am not satisfied about the hotel and trip overall is you are not differently treated as a Honeymoon Couple, no special room decoration, no honeymoon freebies unless you ask them 2-3 times. I did not even received surprise gift as promised in the voucher. Apart from this fact hotle was great to stay.
