hi, I went to south africa and the trip was amazing, it wasn't hectic at all. Prerna was the one who was handling all vouchers and visa thing, she was very helpful and just a call away. we had our private transfers everywhere, and there was no problem anywhere. Everything was pe booked and went smooth.

Had a great time.. Sunny and team were helpful through out the tour and were readily available for providinf inatant suggestions and add ons. Keep it up guys A lot in fact-bunjee jumping/boulders beach/Game drive/tsisigama national park tour / cape town recourse were incredible

Not satisfied with the services of travel agent, they have provided me the final vouchers and itenary one day before travel with variation in the hotel, neither they have booked prior tickets at cape town for the places they have committed. At each point we have to call to our travel agent for the passes for the activities they have booked for us. One more bad experience where we have waited for more than 2 hours at george airport for our self drive booking, where we have to complete the various formalities. They have not booked our seal island cruise, boulders beach pass, cape point pass prior, we have to book on our own then they hv reimbursed, we felt that we hv made a mistake booking through them. They have simply booked hotels and flights. At the time of convincing they have made lot of commitments, but after making payment to them, they were not responsive on their own. If we have to book all the things on our own then what is the need of agent. I would not recommend aerospace to anyone planning for SA.

Very nice experience while I was booking also harsheen from aerospace n Naushad from travel triangle were very proactive n ready to solve each n every query help us plan our holiday according to our needs. They had suggestions like which part is safe to take self drive in south Africa or not. What to do there etc etc.overall trip experience was very nice. It didn't ended there even after my trip o faced some card trouble they were approachable even after the trip was over n try to help us out. Yes this is a special mention when we were at Kruger and had to take cab to reach airport some how our scheduled cab couldn't make it on time .. but when we called our contact person at aerospace in SA he immediately arrange things with hotel people n we reached in time at airport. I can understand that sometimes things don't go as per plan but as a travel agent ability to handle such unplanned things is what makes to stand apart. Thanks very much all of you to make our trip memorable.

Firstly, big thanks to Mohd Naushadji, who was present at every step of the way and was quick to respond to our queries be it via call or an email. Secondly, big thanks to Aerospace for helping us make our first trip abroad in 14 years one of the most pleasant and comfortable ever. Special mention to Miss Harsheen, Miss Shruti and Miss Karishma for helping us plan out the entire trip. Thanks to Mr Sunny too who helped towards the final few days before the trip began. And major thanks to Mr Paras who was our local contact in South Africa, who helped us all through the trip whenever we faced any issue. Finally, thanks to the entire Aerospace and traveltriangle team for everything. Below was our itinerary: 4 days - Cape Town 1 day - Stellenbosch 2 days- Knysna 2 days - Port Elizabeth 1 day - Kwantu private game reserve We took self drive option, which was the highlight of our trip. Also from our experience, I'd suggest that you visit the following cities: 4 days - Cape Town 1 day - Stellenbosch 1 day - George (as Oudtshoorn is nearer from George than Knysna, and Knysna had nothing apart from a sunset cruise) 2 days - Port Elizabeth 2 days - Kwantu Private Game Reserve And do opt for Self drive from the 4th day of the trip till the final day, for us, the 1650 kms of driving along the beautiful landscape was the major highlight of the trip!
