Sareer Tour Travels

Arrangements made by Sareer Travels was very good. There was no kind of issue with any reservations/booking . One thing which disappointed me was the hotel Zaryab in Srinagar. Although the hotel was my choice but i find the hotel staff to be careless because of low occupancy. There was literally me staying in the hotel, so the hotel avoid to provide full facility to save their cost may be like no current at times, delay in starting generators, hot water available, limited options on food only for few hours. Every time i had to call to reception and then they took action. Although they were polite and good in hospitality but i had to make effort in the first place to complaints. they should have been proactive and fully functional even if there have less occupancy. Other thing was with my driver. His driving was fast and rough. And i had to ask him to drive slow. The car which he brought was giving a foul smell from it's seats which I ignored. Driver was decent and cooperative. Overall trip was great . All interaction with local people was very nice too. Thanks Ms Saher and Sareer Travels.

It would have been 9 or 10, If someone in Leh-Ladhak would have been there to guide. we were clueless on 1st day. Still the arrangements were good and the followup on few things would have been done which missed.

It was very well arranged & managed by both Travel traingle & Sareer Travels as per our needs & requirements. Specially Ms.Saher was very co operative on our every single query & guided us with useful suggestions & guidance. Good luck to all of you for coming season & great business. We never have to wait for anything.... Everything was on time irrespective of strike & tight security.

Kashmir Is Really Haven On Earth my best memories in pahelgam

Since it was a trip to Kashmir and that too in December, I was very apprehensive in the beginning, of how things will turn out, the weather, the roads, and also safety. Ziya from Sareer Travels had coordinated with me to give us a lifetime experience in Kashmir- right from Airport pickup/drop to sightseeing to the hotel stays , she was there to help us get the best treatment. The hotels suggested by her were also really comfortable. All the bookings were made for us, and we simply had to move in. There was even a last minute change where my friend joined instead of my brother, and these people ensured there was no problem there. It was a very seamless experience in all. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone.
