Trip is well organised, it would be good to have telephone numbers of hotels in vouchers Srinagar boat stay,nimmu river rafting, pangong lake stay and sarchu stay.

The trip itinerary was planned properly. Hotel recommendations are good. But the response from the travel agent was delayed. Also the travel agent didn't receive calls. But then pearl from travel triangle handled the situation very well. Instead of the travel agent Pearl helped alot in the trip. Thanks Pearl for your support through out. Came across one problem while on the trip our booking was made with the hotel at tso moriri but the hotel owner didn't had any of booking in our name. But then some bookings were canceled so we got the rooms allocated to us. We were not charged extra for the rooms as we had vouchers with us. Please it's a request to carry vouchers) while on trip to ladakh. Carry multiple copies of it as it is required at every checkin Sareer travels should improve their customer care service. And train the agents to upate the clients. Regarding trip and other responses should also be rapid. In our case the representative was not active and responses were delayed.

It was a wonderful experience. This is the first time I have used an agency to book my travel but it was a phenomenal experience. Going ahead traveltriangle is going to be my one point solution to trips. keep the good work going!!!

Our trip to Manali-Leh-Srinagar was an awesome unforgettable trip. The trip was well organised by Sareer travels. A special thanks to Zia for organising the trip and being available to answer the queries all the time. When I mentioned that our stay at Sarchu was a little bad(due to the cold winds there), she got the tents upgraded for us in Pangong and Nubra Valley. The entire trip was good. All the three drivers we got were awesome. I would recommend Sareer Travels for anyone whose planning a trip to Leh.

It was an amazing trip, everything was well arranged. The hotels and cars were good and hospitality was excellency. Only negative point was that both the drivers in the Kashmir part of the trip were reluctant to take us to all the places in the itinerary. The driver in Ladakh was excellent and full recommendation for him.

Overall exp was good, except few hickups. We agreed upon Innova vehicle for sight seeing for 6pax. After reaching Leh we were forcibly asked to use Xylo because Innova can't carry 6pax. I mean there is a gap here between travel agent and taxi Union. I have paid extra 3K for Innova which is waste. While giving quotation travel agent should inform us that Innova can't fit 6pax.
