Tratoli Tours had made our travel bookings with the best feel-at-home guest house within our budget. His spokesperson at Leh arranged everything very well especially since we went early in the season and most passes were still having 8 ft snow! Their coordinators were very friendly and the perfect travel assistants to a challenging place like Leh Ladakh! Thanks for the assistance, will surely get back to Tratoli for our future trips.. Having walked up 1.5 kms to Khardungla pass at -12 degrees as there was a huge traffic jam due to cars skidding in the snow unable to go up...the weather was bad that day but the experience was incredible, feeling so grateful for life's blessings seeing their challenging life up there! Also Pangong Lake...and those beautiful luxury tents!

Amazing trip to Leh Ladakh and it was an amazing experience! The travel agencies, their quotes and itineraries are pretty much spot on. The Travel Agency we chose i.e. Tratoli was very accommodating, updating quotes and itineraries as per our changing requirements even till the last minute. Even their local Agent was very helpful in rearranging the tour days (the roads were closed due to the Khardung la.. Highest altitude Marathon and the Head Lama coming to Hemis for the Naropa Fest). The cab driver was also excellent and I really cannot fault their services at all. Travel Triangle follow ups were very assuring, and in this day and age, building confidence is the key, which they've successfully managed to do! I cannot forget the mountains! sometimes it feels like off roading but the landscapes are enchanting! We couldn't include Tso Moriri, Tsokar and Sham Valley/Aryan village in out trip, but please do it and u won't regret a bit! There are many happy memories, but if i had to place my finger on just one thing, it would probably be the route from Pangong to Nubra via the Shyok river.

Tour was good. Young guy managed well except on first day he tried to push me in temo traveller with big family even though I has private vehicle. There after it was good. Interaction had with forien guests on sharing taxi is memorable

TRATOLI TOURS really care for their customer. We traveled Leh under their guidance. A fault finder like me compelled to tell 10 out of 10. Specially they kept a birds eye view on our every days comfort. Hotels. Service was just awesome. Our hotels were UPGRADED with additional lunch without charging a penny . what more do I need. Now the transport :- We were provided Innova without extra charge on our leisure day as well. Our driver was very polite & obedient. Whats more? It was really a good experience , hassle free, secure. It was my first time, when I tried to book my vacation online & I just say that it was really worth it. Tratoli Travels, which quote I liked & booked. What all I find is their good understanding about places with reasonable rates. They helped me to customize my trip. I liked their payment policy, where once again I got customized options to pay, I paid through different installments.The persons(of travel agency's) I came through during entire journey was really frank in nature.
