Enjoyed a lot

You need to visit your service provider , that is hotels. This is to check their performance since "food and stay involved" though this may not be your direct scope of service. This is because, we experience the reality but you may not. Because of your team hard work we may compromise something on what we face on ground. So my humble request is, you need to ensure your service provider's service won't impact your performance. Overall, I like TT's service. Please improve on sight seeing spot selection based on changing world. For example, there can be some options given to the itinerary since few places are not in our ' interest list'. This reduces your 'value for money' score. Beaches, comfortable travel arrangements by TT.

Our agent was very supportive throughout but the hotel’s hospitality was not at all good and breakfast buffet had no taste being a 4 star rated it was a big disappointment.

Jack provided us with the best support and the resort is good Can driver is not the best always tries to skip locations Overall it was a good experience Our travel agent from wander globe jack did a great job on his part

Nicely planned Trip

The experience was so good....everything was taken care of by Jack, our organiser. There were no delays...the resort was superb...the drivers were good and friendly...over all it was a happy experience to us.

It was quiet good but hotel rooms are not as expected after seeing pics from website but all is good

It was a well organized trip ,thanks to travel triangle and Jack Fernandez.. The stay at santana resorts was value for money,really yumm food and very good service by the staff .We would loved to have dinner too included in the package next time. The car

Dear Team, We enjoyed the recent trip to Goa with my family from 25th Apr22 to 29th Apr22 with booking id 8997316. Hotel staff have taken care of all our requirements during our stay in Royal Wood Hotel. Vehicles for Pick up & drop at railway station, site seeing were arranged on time and were comfortable. Breakfast at Hotel was very tasty and Mr. Madhur has been supportive all thru the stay at hotel. Special mention of the rooms, which are made in wood and maintained well. Looking forward to have many such trips in near future.

Everything was great apart from the hotel, which was changed at the last moment of starting of the trip. Hjjk
