While at the time of payment, we were being contacted almost everyday, there was no communication till 2 days before the trip. While at the time of booking we were told that there would be all support, this seemed a little weird. Considering we were travelling on Sunday, informing about Forex (and that too on asking) on Saturday didn't helped. Secondly, even after clearly stating from the start that we are vegetarian, there was no mention of that to the airlines. Due to which we could get any meal while coming back. Now coming to the good part, the partner firm in Indonesia was very good. Everything was well planned and the guide/driver (Nyoman) needs a special mention for his hospitality. He was not only puctual but helped us in planning our local visits in such efficient way that the trip became a wonderful memory for us.

o buy. The only and perhaps the most significant problem of the trip was miscommunication. I understand that the driver was a local which was very helpful too but maybe some training should be conducted before being appointed to a foreigner. Just due this fact and I believe a bit of negligence on his part, my whole family were stuck in heavy rain for an hour and ultimately got drenched for another half to reach the car. I believe that was the lowest point of our trip and I owe it all to miscommunication/under-communication and difficulty in understanding. Except this, everything was good. Also, the timings for most spots was really less. We could have easily spent 2 hrs at Dreamland beach but only 30-40 was given. This is even after we left our hotel on time. And even when we overshot, it was not more than 15 mins tops which obviously can't affect the planning majorly. But anyhow, we enjoyed and it was lovely.I believe Nusa Penida is not worth it. Everything is really far and the roads are really bad. But that's just my opinion.Sunrise over My. Batur. Buffet breakfasts, Dreamland beach. Snorkelling and Scuba Diving. Private pool.
