The Services offered by my Travel Agent - Mr. Gaurav @ 9999120377 were awesome, He was fantastic, very co operative. Full marks to Gaurav. The Services from the Resort - Fun Island Resort were pathetic, they were not at all concerned for their customers. The Resort team was only and only interested in the Paid Activities for their Guests and not the Complimentary activities. Pathetic service levels displayed by the Resort. The Travel Agent - Mr. Gaurav's response for some immediate help when I was abroad was fantastic. Pre and Post services were excellent from Mr. Gaurav.

it was only good enough experience as there were certain things which were not fulfilled.there were no honeymoon turn down service.Rooms were very small & the second hotel (uppala resorts) was a lil dead. pool was not at all clean, limited breakfast menu. Driver was very helpful throughout our visit.

Some of the hotel staff needs to learn hospitality. They were some experience of irritating behavior fron hotel staff. They pay more attention to foreigner then indians. Under sea walk and catamaran cruise were awsome.

Well organized trip..The agents were helpful throughout. Even when we faced some issues during flight changes, our assigned agent (Gaurav from Youngistan) was extremely helpful, although it was almost 2am... Thanks to Stuti, she helped me from inception till end. Everything was great as per itinerary described. Intune (Mauritius tour partner) was also great especially Leena. I forgot my wife's clothes at Ile Aux Cerf shop but got it back. Thanks to her. South Tour and North Tour are not of much interest you can skip that instead enjoy the resort and activities available. Ile Aux Cerf Tour was nice one. Must do under sea walk.

SIM card did not work in entire Tour. Leena -your side local Travel agent was not traceable for two days . South Tour you cud have avoided and try to offer few Water rides in future. Overall Tour was very good.
