The travel agent told dats it’s 4star hotel which was a lie.Its a 3star hotel Kodaikanal is beautiful hill station though it was very crowded

The overall tour experience was good. The cab driver was polite, punctual, and guided us well throughout the trip. The hotel stay was comfortable; however, we were not provided with the balcony room as per our reservation. Although the issue was resolved the next day, such matters should ideally be addressed by the travel agent immediately to avoid inconvenience. Looking forward to better coordination in future trips.

Hotel Service in hotel as per 3 Star hotel is too good with primers standard ac room. Hotel is purg veg food quality and quantity is so so.( Because we are non-veg food lovers). Cab service Cab service is much better than I expected special thanks to Mr. Gandharv and cab driver Mr.Sandeep for his coperative neture. As the last service of travel agent also good they're given time to time updates for the trip schedule.

A wonderful experience we had with our holiday planned by Travel Triangle .They got us the best deals, best hotels, best cab driver. We had a last minute addition to include another person and they could accommodate it with minimal prices. Overall very glad that we chose Travel Triangle for our vacation. We had a bad experience at the hotel in Ooty. The hotel we book was given to somebody and we had to wait on the road in hot sun for 3 hours. The travel agent was initially not understanding our problem. He was not even empathetic. After long discussion he booked an ever average cottage where we adjusted for three days.
