We booked Holiday to Cherish (H2C) via TravelTraingle.NOT RECOMMENDED ATLEAST FOR SINGAPORE AND MALAYSIA.
IN TOTAL I FOUND:
Worst coordination with their own agents;
Poor knowledge of things which involve money;
Nothing will happen as per literary.

I would like to detail my very first interaction to the last day of my trip to you guys. I was called by the H2C agent to detailed me about their package and offer. It was a week's long negotiation/conversation where she explained to me how everything will take place.We were pretty confident with her narration and suggestions such as how much to carry currency and who will contact us.
The very first day-Agent told us, it's a connecting flight and baggage will arrive at the final destination.However, we didn't receive our baggage and need to wait for 5 long hours to receive our baggage.The driver in Langkawi was not informed about our arrival timings. Hence, we need to wait for him at the airport for 1 hour. For Langkawi, our dinner was included in the package. The agent didn't hand over us the vouchers and asked us that the people over there are already informed.However, nobody was informed and the coordination between these guys with their coordinators at all places was pathetic. We called them to get our dinner vouchers but unfortunately, nothing turned up. We did our dinner outside.
The second day, the same thing happened when we reached the dinner destination. The restaurant management was not aware again, hence we need to make certain calls to fix everything.
The driver was very helpful in Malaysia he helped us a lot more than the agent from Holiday to Cherish.
When we reached Singapore again no one was there to pick up us as per itinerary. The H2C have their tie-up with Singapore travel agency, Mr. Binoy the coordinator, was a pathetic guy. The whole coordination and management between these two agencies were pathetic. We were punctual with the given timings but these agents use to come late ALWAYS WHICH AT THE END SQUEEZE OUR DAY TRIP TIME.When we ask them to let us complete our day on that they used to bound us with unreasonable timings such as complete this activity in 15 mins bla bla, go to Night Safari and complete it in 1 hr. Whereas, Night Safari along with Que take 2.5 hrs easily.
We have also included cruise in our package.The cruise which was given by our agent was Satar Cruise Gemini. (we later realize its Garib rath of cruises).The cruise is equipped with so old interior. The plastic plates and cups which they serve will make you realize as if you are in Jail. Our agent told us to carry 300 SGD as it is mandatory for per cabin (refundable).However, when we reached cruise there was nothing like that. 300 SGD are not mandatory you can recharge your card of any amount if you want to play casino or do any other shopping.
We met Mr. Mohammad(the driver in Langkawi) he was a great person and kind human being.He helped us to manage things pretty well. I remember our agent told us to carry 400 ringgit for Malaysia and that will be enough. However, they were not at all enough if you wish to barely enjoy the place.Mr. Mohammed helped us in an emergency . One should directly go to Langkawi and contact these ground agents.
