It was an amazing experience in Bali. People there are so friendly that now I can advice anyone to go to Bali. Hotel and Villa both were amazing. Services were really good. Cab driver Wyn, He's a friendly guy, It was really nice exploring the city with him because He was actually telling alot about their culture. The only problem we faced initially was the food, being a vegetarian couple we got very less options to have. The travel agent was also there anytime I called but sometimes it gets bitter when due to some miscommunication I have to bare the cost. Other than that if I had to give ratings to whole trip out of 5 stars, I can give 4.5 stars in which 1 star is completely for Wyn(our driver).

Swiss bel hotel was one of the best place to stay in bali ( kuta). Thanks to traveltoogle and traveltoogle talkperson Ms. Jaya Latwal. All the places mentioned in the itinerary were covered.The hotel was close to the airport. Everything was in place. Travel Toogle team was always available to answer all my queries. The staff was very polite, Driver was very professional and helpful . Bad points : instead of honeymoon cake they provide you pastry. And in the last villa was good but not worth to the money which u paid. The villa was not as expected. IBIS STYLES Hotel is also very nice , staff is very polite and helpful. I took scooty also which is easily available near my hotel at cost of IDR 80,000(Rs 450) for full day. Enjoyed awesome road and weather experience. I would like to appreciate the help that was provided by JAYA all the time, She was extremely professional. I would recommend her to all the people who visit Bali. Thank you JAYA for wonderful trip. PS : Vegetarian people will face food problems , vegetarian food is not available easily in market and Indian restuarant are too far and expensive, its my suggestion to the vegetarian people please take pack food of MTR or Haldiram along with tour. I took Travel Triangle's Bali trip for 5 days organized by Travel Toogle. The trip management was spot on. All the places mentioned in the itinerary were covered. The hotel was close to the airport. The trip to Bali was great. Hotel Swiss Bel-Tuban Great Hotel, ideally located near Kuta and the facilities offered were really good. The staff was very polite and very accomodative Hotel Legian Kyiyamaha Wonderful villa. within walking distance from beach 66. They add a nice personal touch wherein they take a picture of you during checkin and make a postcard and gift it back to you. They also give a coffee mug for your memories. The only drawback is that the hotel lane is a bit unfrequented and there are no street lights. Cabs Our entire trip was coordinated and the cab drivers were extremely pleasant and cheerful. They were punctual and accomodative too. Flight Probably the only sore part of our trip. The Air Asia Flights were the worst. They offer crammy seats and no on board food and beverages. They crank up the AC and demand charges for blankets which they snatch away from you midflight. Travel Toogle (Travel Agent) They are OK . They do not have much information regarding the details of any activities. They booked my flight in Air Asia when specifically I requested them not to saying they were the only ones in my budget. Air Asia is one useless flight which does not offer check in luggage. They mentioned 0kg as check in baggage. I very specifically asked Travel toogle people but they assured me that it is a printing mistake and I was allowed 20kg. At the airport I had the Air Asia informed me that it is indeed 0 kg and I could not check in any luggage. I had to face huge inconvinience on account of Travel Toogle's miscommunication. Apart from the flight's harrowing experience(Both Air Asia and Travel toogle are to be blamed for it), my trip was very comfortable and relaxing.

1) DRIVER STOPPED AT MONEY EXCHANGE AND ASKED FOR PARKING FEES

I went bali for my honeymoon vacation but tour was not upto mark, the itinerary which they given was attractive but actually it was totally bogus, i asked for the hotel which is close to beach but hotel they provided was far little from beach and while coming back from beach we was molested by local taxi drivers. Hotel was good and amenities was also good but the size of the room was very small and instead of honeymoon cake they provided us pastry and for special honeymoon dinner they will provide u the same food which u had in the morning for breakfast so there nothing special for honeymoon dinner. So It was not at all good experience for honeymoon travelers.Now coming to transport & guide, doubt driver was very professional and punctual but in itinerary they have given us the guide also but driver is your only guide. If u think u will get some information regarding the bali are its heritages so just forgot for that. Worst part was water sports, they will ask for the extra money and they will totally change your itinerary i paid extra for scuba diving they were forcing us to change and paracelling was changed to donut ride. Extra 40 usd for pics there it was clearly mentioned 35 usd but i don't know why? In water sports saftey jackets had no buckle option they will tie the knots for u if u consider your saftey then newer go for the water sports with this vender. And in the last villa was good but not worth tothe money which u will pay. If ur going for special occasion i will not prefer this agent but if u r going normal visit for bali then i will recommend for that. In the last never pay your money directly to agent and never pay money in full amount because i know once u reach nothing can be done from there. ..

The trip was well planned, Pragya from travel triangle was very patient in customizing our trip completely based on our requirements. Everything went well!

The villa was not as expected. We are not much satisfied with the Villa stay and the staff there. Also the itinerary of the trip could have been much better covering the most of the famous places in Bali. Also the Scuba diving was not the satisfactory. Water was unneat and the time spent in the water was too less. Overall trip was good. We enjoyed the water sports well.

Transfer was very good and all timings are set excellent. No need to phon call any one
