All drivers assigned for Sikkim were excellent. However, driver assigned for Darjeeling (Vijay Thaoa) was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. He didn't had the courtesy to stop by at a place for lunch ,neither he was interested to show around th place. All the while he was engrossed in chewing gutka, talking on phone and always in mad rush if you ask for any thing. Properties at Darjeeling and Gangtok were pretty good. However Lachen and Lachung was little difficult considering the dip in temperature and the rooms weren't equipped with heating gears. Overall,it was a decent tour not a great one considering the money that was invested in the trip. Driver for Darjeeling and the one who bought us from Bagdogra to Gangtok made it only worst.

Trip was good but could have been great if the Hotels at Lachen and Lachung could have provided us with basic minimal facilities like heater and hot water especially during winter season. Also when u charge someone for the hotel for the third person as well then the least u could do is to provide a small sleeping arrangements which was also missing. We weren't informed by the agent about all the hotels being Pure Veg whereas we are pure Non Veg eaters. These are small things but this makes a huge difference. Since the climate was great things went well else we would be in a tight spot.

Yes travel messed up our trip plan in Darjeeling. On Darjeeling day one driver was keep on miss guiding us on local attractions timing. Sandakpu and Singaleela national park was in our list when we planned and booked for the same. At the day of traveling he said it cannot be done because booking is only for Singaleela park. It led to an hour long argument and total waste of our time.. Driver who came with us was supposed to arrange further permitted taxi. He was so dumb and not interested in any thing. Finally we arranged everything ourselves. Itenariry shared with us was having errors in homestay names and no contact details shared. In Sikkim driver was good and the home stay arranged was okay

It was nice experience travelling from traveltriangle. Hotel rooms were awesome in Pelling and Lachen, Lachung. Gangtok hotel's view is not good as there was construction behind. Food was also great at all the hotels. All the drivers' nature were good. Our Travel agent was Mr. Biraj from Yes Travels and he arranged best places to visit for us with best hotels. Gurudongmar lake, Pelling skywalk and kanchanjungha waterfall

We booked sikkim and darjeeling 6n7d package through yes tourism,through out trip kirti and reva madam from yes tourism was in constant touch.hotels suggested by them was upto the mark. Yes tourism don't have any control on Cab agency as it was sub contract to cab agency.driver don't listen they do what they wanted to do.
