I was travelling with a group of 3 girls and it was all safe and comfortable journey to Singapore and Malaysia for a week. Overall experience was amazing. Everything was well planned in advance. Mr. Atish from D’organizers has done a very good job. He did several changes in our itinary multiple times as per our request with lots of patience. There was bit issue with VISA so I’d advise everyone to prepare all the documents in advance for a hassle free service. We were staying in Santa grand hotel (Singapore) location and room was pretty good. Hotel Arenna star in Kulalumpur was just OK in comparison to Santa grand. All the transfers and tour package was well planned and pick up and drops were on time.(I’d recommemd to be on time for SIC transfers otherwise you can miss your coach) Looking forward to plan another trip with TT and D’organizers. Very nice people. Thank you Atish and team for making our trip perfect. Everything was confortable. Our guide in Genting highland (Mr. Vikas) was too good. Because we were all girls, he paid an extra attention to make our trip hassle free and amazing. Thanks to him.

Hi, The trip is very good and comfortable overall. Anurag Singh our travel agent is very good when it comes to cooperation and coordination. The Uppala villa which he booked for us was very good and very courteous staff and our driver is also very good for sightseeing. Our hotel at Malaysia was average which is IBIS styles and not recommended at all but sightseeing in malaysia was very good specially Genting Highlands. It was a very good trip overall. Thanks to Anurag and Five star rating for his all efforts. Looking forward to go on more trips.

Hotel was not upto our expectation rather from that whole trip was very good.

I travelled to bali for honeymoon in September. The locations are simple awesome. The people over there are quiet good and decent. And My trip planner is Mr. Anurag he helped me in all the ways from the beginning to end of my trip. I suggest all the people to go with Mr Anurag

Trip was well organised and everything went very well. The only worry i faced was my Singapore visa was processed at last moment and received one night before travel. Each day was memorable specially the cruise.

Positives: 1. On time communication and fast responsiveness 2. Quality Hotel Suggestions without issues in room allocations 3. Arranged Driver with good conduct Negatives: 1. Driver communication issue with English 2. Itinerary mismatch in some events from the site and final provided voucher to driver, so missed couple of main events

The only reason we chose to travel with D Organizers was that they assured us that our privacy would be taken care of. We were planning to travel in a private cab but our Travel agent "Ms. Preeti" asked us to go in SIC basis with the commitment that our privacy would be taken care of and not more than 4 couples would be there. This was the only reason we chose D Organizers. We were getting the same package in less amount of money with some other travel Agents but we chose D Organizers for the commitment they gave us which was not fulfilled and our SIC had around 6 couples and 4 bachelors. Ms. Preeti was more of words and less of action. She gave us so many assurances which were mere lies. If you could not fulfill your commitments, you should not offer them. When we called Preeti from Mauritius, she told that she would look for some up gradation but those were just words. No action was taken from her side and no response was given even after contacting many times. This was highly disappointing., Although, we faced no problems apart from this, but my point of anger were the lies which were told to us. Coming to the trip which was organized could have included more places like Casela Park. Speaking about the hotel The Ravenala Attitude, I must say it was a great place to stay. Food was good, great staff and lots of activities to do in the hotel itself. We even got Indian food there prepared by our Indian Chef Mr. Harish Singh. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, then Ravenala is a great place to stay at. Overall, the stay was comfortably arranged by the Mauritius people rather than D Organizers.

Hotel soloso beech resort front desk staff was so rude & uncooperative.chk inn time limit was not comfortable all time in 3 hotels.& local agent has i formed properly that what activity is open or close on particular days. cruise trip was nice.memory.

Hi Atish, The tour was very well organised and had all the elements to get a true feel of the countries Singapore and Bali. We were able to learn a lot from the guides who were always ready and willing to help. Would have liked a little more free time and a little less shopping stops but a part from that the tour was perfect. The group was multi cultural and all great people. We had a fun time together. Finally I can say the trip was well organised. Thanks,. Naga.

Overall a very nice experience, everything was planned perfectly. No hassale trip. Will surely recommend to others.

It was amazing place to travel for honeymoon and bachelors too for night life :) , we enjoyed a lot in water sports,bedugal, beaches and tanha lot and local markets. Non-veg lovers can enjoy a lot but fortunately we are Indian veggy so we faced some difficulty apart from that superb place to visit for holiday too. And Anurag helped me in the tour plan with in my budget and he is very co-operative and friendly, and My Escorts (Bali Brothers) are very polite and friendly in my whole trip. Hi Preeti, Here is my Feedback about the Trip. Pros : 1. Firstly I would like to thank you Preeti, you were fantastic, very helpful, proactive and responsive all through the process of choosing and booking the Trip. You cleared all my doubts before booking the trip. 2. The Resort "Anelia" was a wonderful location with a good Spread during Breakfast and Dinner. The Rooms were nice and comfortable. The Boat house was great to have within the hotel 3. The Travel Guides from Seaside holidays, Kevin and Madhuri were wonderful and funny and very humble and down to earth on both days during the North Tour and the South tour. I wish the tours were good as well but unfortunately, they weren't. 4. Pick ups were punctual except for when we arrived where they made us wait for 30 mins; The Drivers Jonathan during arrival and Wazir during departure were very humble and nice. 5. The Payment schedule and detail on the travel triangle website was great to have , I could access it and get details whenever I wanted. And the Payment schedule was easy to follow Cons: i am being as honest as i can 1. Inclusions in the Package: i think that it is important to live up to the inclusions of the package or else it is disappointing for the traveler. eg. The inclusions stated that there is a Sim card included. Nowdays we all like to be contactable and we don't mind paying for it. I was told that this is free and i didn't make my own arrangements, When I arrived at the airport, AMAR at counter 25 tells me i will get the sim card at the hotel, When i arrive at the hotel they said you have to contact the tour agency. Why do i have to go through this? you should have just told me that you are not giving me a sim card and i would have made my arrangements. I did not get it at all ultimately Another Example is " Free Candle light dinner at the beach" i have traveled across south east asia and had many of these, this was by far the worst. They did not give us an option to choose what we were going to eat and when the food arrived it was not what we would have liked to have. We landed up taking the food from the buffet which killed the entire feel of a candle light dinner. 2. The Hotel Staff - The Staff at the hotel really needs a course in Customer service. I have a couple of examples. they hardly smiled when you greeted them. I asked for a beer and the Waiter started serving it without slanting the glass and all the froth got accumulated. How can you not know how to pour a beer ?. Another instance on the 3rd day i ran our of Tooth paste, i asked the Concierge , the housekeeping at around 3pm , after not getting any response until 8pm i went to the reception and asked, this guy whose name started with "g" i think tells me that he will arrange it and to come to him after dinner. So i go to him after dinner and he tells me it is over. Then he suggests that i should wake up at 7am and go to the main road to purchase it. what kind of awful customer service is this? i went to get it the next morning however what i dint like is that after all this no one in the hotel bothered to ask me if i got what i needed. Simply Awful Customer service for such a beautiful hotel. The Cutlery and Glasses on 3 or 4 occasions were not clean. 2 times during breakfast we had to wait for 15 mins before getting some tea/coffee. Once i even went to the area where it was made myself to get it because i was tired of waiting. 3. The Tours - The South Trip the first day was good but some place we were taken to were totally unnecessary, they said they are taking us to a handicraft and souvenirs shop and then to a local t shirt shop. this was nothing but 2 small shops next to each other who seemed to be the Tourist agencies friends because there was nothing great about it. Then we go down south to the Vallee du couleurs, We had no choice but to have lunch there with not much variety. then everyone was asked if they wanted to do any tours or adventure sports ( of course at an extra cost). My wife was pregnant so i couldn't do any of the stuff and i had to pay for a private car to take us around because we didn't want to get bored for 3 hours. You need to be more specific about that you are offering in your tours, i would have stayed in the hotel and the pool rather than going here honestly if i knew what to expect. I didn't go for the tour the next days because of this. The North tour - the only good part about this was the water-front - apart from this they took as to a fort ( smallest fort i have ever seen), a church ( didn't see any point in this ) and a Mall ( why would i want to go to a mall ? ). Again if all this was well explained in the beginning, i wouldn't have taken this tour either. I think you need to have more clarity with what you are offering, i had a great experience before booking but a not so great experience while I was there. Thank you Preeti, you were fantastic, i will definitely come to you again ( this time i will not agree to any tours thats for sure)

A well planned trip end up on not a good note.. Agents in Singapore were not supportive and City tour was just a waste of time.. A half day city tour only have included to 2 places in Singapore and the agents have no idea about that.

It was nice trip to singapore arranged by Ms Preeti/Mr Atish . I enjoyed the trip everthing was fine there ...i thanks a lot ...see u again soon... Sentosa tour
