We face difficulties at pehalgham because of improper communication. We were force to by air from srinagar to jammu which has costs us almost 54000Rs if agent would have communicated properly we could have saved our money and time. The communication was not fast They use to say we will call you but no sign of calling Hotels were excellent except jammu. Driver of vehicle was very good Hence we enjoyed the trip

Fly tour holidays is the best tour handler I have ever experienced. They were there to facilitate every little thing that we demanded. They made us feel loke we are from Kashmir. Our driver, mr. Malik Rayees is the best driver in every way. He's funny, interactive and caring for all of our needs. Hats of to Him and Fly tours manager Sabreen. It gave us tears to depart from such a beautiful place leaving behind such beautiful people. The horse ride we took to reach to the "mini Switzerland" was terrifying but the reward was too great. The afternoon we spent with our driver's family ( we wanted to visit a local family and see their daily life) which was not in our itinerary, but our driver was more than happy to take us, despite the long journey and the traffic.

I had recently visited kashmir.It was indeed heaven on earth hotel rose petal was the best.hotel pine view in Gulmarg was average and can be avoided.hotel pahalgam retreat food was below average. our travel agent fly paradise was good. Sabrina was always available to answer all our queries.The houseboat stay was comfortable but food was bad. Hotel zaryab in Srinagar was good but accessibility was an issue.i would like to thank travel triangle for an amazing experience .Looking forward to traveling again with travel triangle.

My vacation was going tremendously well until i visit Allepy on 4th and last day of my trip. Due to miscommunication between Travel agent and service provider, the Boat which was arranged for my family was an out dated boat. It was my fault also since informed travel agent very late in the evening when i felt that can not be tolerated. My cab driver was co-operative and helpful and nice in nature. I book a trip to manali dharamshala and dalhousie for 6nights and 7days. As per my overall experience trip was good... Hotel in manali was very good... In dharamshala hotel was ok ok.... Because of the stuff in the hotel... In dalhousie the hotel room was too small and it was too down below... Cab driver was good and well behaved... But one thing that annoyed me very much is the coordination between agent hotels and cab drivers... Most of the time i have to call the representative and then the things get sorted.... But as a whole experience was good...though we didn't see the snow fall which started same day after we left manali...but that was ok.... Hampta pass and kullu river rafting

The trip planned by fly paradise was within our budget. Fly paradise provided us very good hotels and they used to modify the itenary, as per our requirements, within a very short time. Moreover the cab driver was extremely helpful. Thanks to Fozia of fly paradise for planning such a great trip. However as an improvement i would suggest to make few packages in which all the extra expenses of kashmir travel (like pony charges, cab charges where our cab was not allowed etc) is also included.
