It was really a well organized tour by Fly Paradise Tours & Travels, and special thanks to Sana Mam from the tour operator agency. Her response towards queries and approach to redress the issues is just commendable. She really organized everything in a professional manner whether it was picking up from airport, arranging hotels, dealing with various people with whom we had to cope up with during our tour. Hotels were very good and worth what i had paid for. Cab provided was a toyota Altis, a brand new car on self disposal basis. The driver, Raees was a very good mannered, reliable and friendly person. We were very impressed by his courteous attitude. Houseboat named Crown of India was very good and looked royal. Whatever I was given in her quotation was provided to me. I would strongly recommend Fly Paradise Tours & Travels for taking up any tour package as they are very professional people. This company made me feel safe and welcome in Kashmir from the moment I arrived at the airport and was picked up with a sign that read my name. Clean and modern vehicle with a very kind driver. I was set up with really great hotels next day, and this is what I want to do. He gave me fantastic schedule. I managed to visit most of the Mugal Garden. Guide was a fantastic local fellow. He helped me in all possible way. Fly Paradise Tours and Travels was most accommodating when wanted some change in the schedule. (Usually you see sour face whenever you inform tour operator about any sort of change) . He gave all his thought in his planning. He use to visit us everyday morning over tea just to let us know that " I am here for you"... If you are looking for adventures holiday in kashmir, I would say .." My experience of travelling to Kashmir with Fly Paradise Tours and Travels was a brilliant experience. Excellent service,well behaved staff members and waiters at the houseboat. Our stay at the houseboat "Hazar Dastan" for 4 nights was an awesome experience. The food was delicious and the houseboat was as beautiful as one can imagine being in Kashmir. Scenic view from the housebaot of Shankar acharya temple makes it more attractive as the location of the houseboat was perfect. Overall the services of Fly Paradise Tours and Travels was good and we look forward to visit you again :)
