First of all, a lot of thanks to Saurabh ji and his team. Trip was amazing. Best part was, whenever we required some assistance, these guys were always there to help. Everything was so smooth. Itinerary was perfect. Thanks to travel triangle. Special thanks to Vacations MadCap.

By an large a good experience, Impressed me the friendly & Helpful nature of Saurabh Mehta and Sanjay Tiwari in making all arrangements. What could be done better 1. Should provide me some better choice of Hotels in both Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. In Singapore, the rooms of Queen Heritage are small and suffocate me as there was no Window in the room, However Royal Chulan Hotel in KL has the ineffective AC, complained many times to Hotel Management, they send the technician to rectify but nothing meaningful impact happened in the room AC temperature across all 3 nights. 2. Should provide the options for full carrier Airlines instead of Low Cost Carriers . There were 2 issues with my return Indigo flight from KL to Bangalore, They didn't provide any snacks, however on my ongoing flight AirIndia Express provide atleast some snacks. However what is most surprising was the change in timing of departure by 1.30 h. My flight was suppose to be at 11.40 AM, however to inquire about the Terminal departure details in KL, found that flight is scheduled for 10.10 AM. There was no information being provided or communicated about the change. Luckily we have the sufficient buffer time and somehow accommodate the pre-pone of the flight time, otherwise there were good chances that we miss the flight to board.

I took help of Vacactions Madcap for planning my trip to Italy and France with my wife. Amazing planning done by Saurabh and his team. Timing of flights, selection of hotels and their location and other guided tour was excellent.I wish the bond with Vacations Madcap continues for our future trips. I would strongly recommend Vacations Madcap for Europe trip.

I would definitely prescribe my Friends (TT) especially for the work done by Saurabh & team. Always available to get touch base during the travel to tie to Guide if incase anything slips from the plan. We will defiantly prefer the same travel Partner for future travels. We, family of three people, travelled 9 nights france and italy package. First of all, travel triangle made my job very easy as it provides lot of travel agents with various customized options. I chose vacations madcap as my travel agent as he was on the point and explained me everything in detail. Hotels and trips were arranged as per my requirements. He gave me the hotels in the main city so that to have ease access. Saurabh was courteous and friendly through out the trip. Few things i didnt like was about his honesty...he told me that my day in florence has extended and a cut day in rome but as i wanted to see pisa, i insisted to stay a day more in florence. Even though i have asked him two three times on places to visit in florence, he was quiet and i got the help of google. But only then after i reached florence, i came to know that almost all the important places in florence are closed on monday. It was highly disappointed from his side which made us to miss places in florence. Had he informed us before, we would have arranged alternative. Second, i never bargained with the price and gave him extra bucks when he faced rise in hotel prices due to our rejection of schengan visa but he gave us the gondola which is on sharing basis. It was neither informed nor mentioned in the ticket. Six people in gondola ride as there were no space i sat on the steps if the boat. But, the more disappointment was after my trip, when i was ready to give my feedback and suggestions, he was no longer interested to hear that.

General Advice to ppl who are reading this testimonial - is to plan thier itinerary themselves. It will be a bit of pain in planning everything but at the last they will be sure of thier hotels and the rooms types. Now coming to Vacations Madcaps - Since it was our honeymoon we decided to hire a travel agent (vacation madcap) and go through them considering everything will be perfect. Here is how they have planned. 1) Vacations Madcap Booked our confirmed plane ticket without even getting the visa. ( ppl don’t book thier confirm ticket untill they get thier visa) fortunately we got our visa else 75 k would have gone wasted. 2) Vacation Madcaps provided the wrong checklist of the document for filing visa which created a chaos at the embassy, they asked us to get 3 months bank statement however Embassy wants 6 monts bank Statement.Considering they are in business for several years they should be knowing it. 3) Despite of knowing that we are going on our Honeymoon they have booked our hotel with the standard rooms. Rooms were awefull in the terms of sizes and facilities. I have been to Europe earlier as well on my business trip but never stayed in such small rooms. It was super duper small. Vacation Madcaps never told us in the beginning that rooms would be ofstandard size. We got to know about room type when we reached at Vacations Madcap office to take our vouchers. (On the day before we were traveling) 4) All the services which were provided by them were of basic cost. Like Disney Land Paris they gave us a basic ticket. 5) It was a terrible experience considering their advice - We stayed in old Paris in Hotel Best Western Prince. According to Saurabh Mehta ( Vacations ,Madcap Owner) hotel was beautifully built in the old style but to be very honest it was horrible staying there ,We should have lived in new Paris. Since i was with my wife so these thing mattered less but in the end they helped very much in screwing my suprise and my planning. All in all it was a very disappointing trip in terms of hotel and room. Vacation Madcap DID NOT deliver what they promised. In the end they just saved money by providing us basic services.

I have always been a believer in Travel Triangle. It has become a one stop solution providor for all my vacations. I would like to thank Saurabh for designing amazing trip for Europe. Saurabh, you command great knowledge of Europe. Also, a very friendly yet professional person who would suggest what is best for you. I definitely look forward for other trips designed by you. I would strongly recommend Vacation Madcaps for Europe trip. Trip to dutch countryside in Amsterdam!

One of the best travel experience with saurabh❤

We recently visited the Maldives Island for our Honeymoon.We stayed for 7 nights. Our stay was amazing. The service we received was 1st class. All the staff was extremely friendly, and the food was of the best quality. It is certainly a place to go and get away from it all and relax.Most days we spent snorkeling around the island, chilling on the beach. A special thank you to Deepak ( Travel Triangle ) who looked after us throughout our stay and Radhika (Vmad). We will certainly be coming to you guys.
