Very bad experience I had faced in this Trip. What the agent was promised he didn't fulfill only. And he don't know how to behave with the customer. He talk so rudely when I ask for the arrange...
ments and about the hotel rooms. Until unless travel triangle people call he won't respond to our call. From day 1 only he delayed the cab for us 1 hour. He didn't follow up for anything. For each and everything I only need to call and ask. He even didn't explain about the catageries of room in resorts during the booking. What the interest he was shown during the booking the same was not after. He manipulated me. Even travel triangle also helpless once the booking is confirmed and pay the money from customer. Everything they depend on travel agent. The good thing about the trip was getting a good driver at last minute and he helped lot travel around . I really recommend this driver for my next trip but not the travel agent.

off the beaten track. The visits to the spice garden, Kathakali and Marshal art show, Munnar tea garden and alleppey was fascinating. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help us with some hard to get reservations. The only trouble is "I want to go back again for more"! Hotel was not in proper Munnar, it was 11kms far. I did not expwcted this and was not highlighted in the quotation. Boathouse booking was delayed and we had to spent 3 hours in shikara boat to ...
pass time and lost the valuable time of boathouse travel in backwaters. Local agent need to improve on behavioral communication while dealing with customers. The contact number mentioned for the traveltraingle agent was always not in service when dialled multiple times.

t of all is his follow ups pre booking that's done by all agents for th best part but here follow ups are there till the travel is completed.. sure we have this travel agent in our list for our next trip.. I was bit worried as I was doing booking for my in laws 30 th anniversary.. Fortunately, all turned out to be best and they turned home happy.. all thanks to Jeez tours and travels
